I love this gym, the staff is great!! They are a bit strict about using your mask but it’s understandable. They love to keep the gym clean and organized. I really enjoy it here.

It’s a gray gym I was impressed but One of the workers tell me I cannot have my gym bag right next to me i have to put my gym bag in the locker. Do you don’t realize we need to put our water in our bag or straps to work out with. And why I am paying for $39.99 if I cannot bring a guess with me my contract said I could bring any guess I want.

Been a member since they opened. Before covid the hours of operation were 24 hours during the weekday with modified weekend hours. That was the main reason I signed up as a member. Not alot of gyms offer those hours besides 24hour fitness🤮...hoping they eventually go back to those hours. …

I absolutely hate this gym. I was charged for the 5 days in September that they were opened, plus the annual fee even though they have been closed most of the year and I supposedly had my account frozen. They said I can only be refunded $13 of the $36 that I am being charged for the 5 days in September that they were opened. How does that make sense? Not even freezing your membership keeps these money hungry people out of your account. Pro tip, Check your account for extra fees.

I love this gym! Been a member for a while now. I would only like to request you guys to please fix the two roman chairs that are used for doing hanging leg raises. One side on each machine is deflated and it is hard to do a workout on those machines.

So I signed up for no contract. Changed my mind after paying over $100 to get set up for membership. Tried to cancel membership online. They said membership will not be cancelled untill I pay $15.99. mind you I was cancelling before the first monthly charge was due (they force you to sign up on auto bill pay.So they deleted my online account profile. So now I cannot retrieve my account info online (they didn't cancel the account).Beware of this shady practice. You try to cancel in less than 3 weeks and they won't cancel. They want to keep taking money out of your account. Do not sign up with auto bill pay.If you want honest business practice, head over to Planet Fitness. They won't hold you hostage.

Charged my bank account on the first day after re-opening (Sep 29). I canceled my membership in July during the two weeks that they re-opened. I called and got a extremely rude and condescending so-called manager named Lydia. If I had been interested in keeping my membership there she most certainly would’ve changed my mind. Even when I was active member of Chuze until July (I was one of the original members when they first opened) It was OK at best... The atmosphere and vibe that gym was not the best to say the least. Furthermore at least half the time some of the amenities were out of order. Like the pool, or the sauna etc. yet they would still charge you for your premium membership. If you brought it to their attention they would give you a free energy drink or something, if you didn’t they would keep charging you premium membership. I wouldn’t invest in a long-term arrangement with them if you do decide to join pretty sure they’re going to go out of business in the near future.
