If it didn't close so early on weekends it would get 5 stars. It's a bit small but offers a lot for the price. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. Definitely reccomend giving it a shot to anyone.

12/22/21I used to really enjoy coming to Chuze Fitness untiltheir "mask control" officer (Cassandra) beganharassing me about my mask usage when enteringthe building. First of all, I do not mind wearing amask, but as I enter the building she alreadyapproaches me with a bad attitude and asks "Doyou have a mask?" I reply back "No I do not." shethen says "You need to have one." and thenproceeds to offer me one in a very disrespectful wayor as if I'm a little kid. She attempts to look for onebut she never finds it, so I proceed to go on with myworkout session. A few minutes later she comes upto me threatening to permanently ban me from theestablishment if I decide not to wear a mask uponentering again. I then see over 10 people withoutmasks enter the building without a word being saidto them. It almost seems as if Cassandra waspicking on me in a way. I will definitely be in contactwith my therapist soon over emotional distress. Ifind it very weird that she yelled at me and nobodyelse. At least treat everybody the same with themask usage if you want your business to maintain agood reputation. I highly recommend working onfixing your customer service, as of now this 1 starreview and it will remain until further notice. As Iread more of these reviews I am starting tounderstand that I am not the only one who relatesto their unprofessional customer service.

Nice gym. No complaints. Other than the fact I can't get my workout done! Seriously, no benches available ever. Not enough benches for the amount of people here. I may have to go to a bigger gym.

Not only have their classes' quality declined a lot, as well as that of their coaches, so has their customer service and customer relations. Even though crew members act like they care to your face they really don't and loyalty as a customer is unappreciated in the end. On top of that they keep allowing people who like stirr drama for no reason and even have physically threatened other members IN THE FACILITY to continue attending, while the victims remain unheard and receive not back up or sense of safety from the staff members. It's a real shame. I really enjoyed going to this gym but they really have gone downhill.

Loved the gym and equipment. Lots of young kids in the gym, trying to flex their skinny bodies in front of the mirrors. Walking around with their chest all puffed out and once in the parking lot they deflate themselves. This must me a new generation thing.. if your one of those guys, come on man your not Hercules, that takes time and more effort in the gym..lol

Other place I avoid at peak! Peak is fine if you're alone and don't need cardio (cardio machines often full at peak). Not the gym's fault though! It's a small gym but it works great for my basic needs along with the steam room :)

Friendly staff. Good equipment and amenities but very busy. Needs more weight equipment to keep up with member needs even during slower hours. Needs to go back to being 24 hours. They have also just recently taken out the soap dispensers in the showers for what ever reason. Which means no soap or shelf to set anything on.

A lil small, quite nd boring compared to Fontana Chuze... look and feel a lil off needs more liveliness, better music... and customer service needs improvement. No greeting when I arrived and not one word when I left, Fontana Chuze is upbeat great customer service. Associates welcome u as u walk on the door and say goodbye thank you and see you soon as u walk out

I like the gym & the fact you guys have an outside area also, but I like to bring my own lysol wipes and wipe down the equipment before & after, 1 coworker told me to specifically use your wipes but I dont see a problem with this, please help me explain why it's a problem to bring my own clorox wipes since not every member wipes the stuff after use? This was a bit strange & infuriating honestly, I'm just trying to help myself and others feel safe
