great gym for regular visit! there a lot of cardio machines and room on the floor if you’re doing no machine workouts. the staff is really nice, and are easy to ask questions to. it’s very clean and there are wipes everywhere if you need them.

I like the circuit exercise machines. The only drawback is some people sit on the machine they are using and play on their phones or just take more time making it so the rest who are going form machine to machine have to skip around to get the workout in.

Thus gym is so clean, and the staff are all so friendly! I was nervous to join a gym after 10 years of not being at one, but this gym made me feel right at home. It is definitely a happy place!

For starters this gym is the cleanest place you will find around!! Toilet paper always stocked, counters and mirrors wiped constantly machines are rarely down.The staff are so energetic and make you feel like family! The kids club area is amazing as well, not just the amazing staff who watch the kids but they always seem to be doing arts and craft or anything with the kids to keep them entertained.As far as the group classes go I have taken almost every instructor at the corona location and I cannot complain about their energy nor enthusiasm to push people to grow!Absolutely love this gym!

I guees they lowered the sauna temperature to 120 degrees a few years back witch is ok. They claim at this temperature you will still gain the same effects from a regular sauna witch i agree with. However due to the glass sauna doors being so poorly insulated the temapture of this sauna most likely sits at 105 -115 degrees.I personally can stay in there sauna for up at 1 hour at a time. It’s about a 1/2 to full inch gap going around the whole sauna glass door. There steam room ironically has the same concept of doors used for the saunas at the bigger commercial gyms, witch helps keep the heat in the sauna room insulated properly so you can gain the full effects. They got too get a glass door that fits more snug or complete change the door to the one the sauna room has

I love this place. Been going for a little over 3 years now. Like any other gym, usually too packed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but that’s anywhere. Equipment is well maintained and the staff is nice. You have everything you need for great workouts. Other than workout equipment you have pool, sauna, tanning booth, massage chairs. Love this place.
