I've enjoyed this gym for decades now. It's expansive and they're constantly updating it.

This is a great apodera club with staff that take pride in what they do. I love the hot tub and cold tub. Both good for healing injuries! Thanks guys!

I really like this gym. Has a little bit for everyone. They have a sauna room, but it gets a little bit crowded sometimes.

So far love this place! Joined two weeks ago. My three year old is taking gymnastics and swim lessons with Ruben here. She adores their children's day care center ( they go to an outside play ground, to the gymnasium, have an indoor play place and one day she even got to paint!) My husband and I love the classes, especially toning Zumba with Roy and the salsa Zumba class and bodyflow and the 8am Mon Wed toning/cardio class! Haven't got to try the spa yet but hoping to schedule a facial with microderm abrasion soon, or maybe a couples massage since the daycare is also there!

Very clean and a lot of good equipment. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I'm a new member so I don't know everything, the hours and use of the basketball courts seem tight.

The athletic club is great, joined even though I lived 25 miles away and there were other facilities closer. After not using the gym for months due to Covid decided to cancel my membership during the last spike of cases. Previously had a family membership but since my daughter has health problems was waiting for things to improve so we can join as a family again. My kids are now vaccinated and we would like to join but I was told I have to pay a fee to start. The young man said they were charging a fee to make up for Covid? I double checked with my employer and a fee was not included in our enrollment information. As a Registered Nurse I have moved around to various area facilities especially during Covid but I am back at my previous employer to stay. This would be my second time returning to the athletic club with this company and never had to pay a fee under their corporate account. The fee is not on the form that the gym employee gave me either. So I called the gym and informed the staff, asked if the fee could possibly be waved with me being a member less than 6 months ago and it being a corporate account. Spoke with the same young man I had when I physically went in to the gym to sign up and he told me "I don't make the rules". It makes me sad to give 3 stars because we do really enjoy the athletic club and were excited because we recently moved closer so it would be easier to take advantage of all wonderful amenities the gym had to offer. This whole experience has been upsetting.

I see a lot of positive reviews, but the CCAC I joined does not match these reviews, I will agree that the staff is of high caliber. The public areas are clean but the men's locker room smells awful. I have complained but was told "men are just smelly"...it is not the men...it is the carpet in the locker room. God only knows what is living in that carpet. It makes me not want to go there.

The Gym is great but they need to have rules and enforce them. They only have two pools and when summer comes one of the pools is for swimming and the other is should be used for children But what happens is that they allow children and non-swimmers to use the large pool where people regularly want to swim. and some children enter the pool to play and a lot of people used the pool without shower cap. They allow the entrance to the sauna and Turkish baths with shoes and they allow the entrance to the jacuzzis without a hat and this is always full of hair. they are afraid to enforce the rules. They need to enforce hygiene rules it is very unpleasant to swim and come across piles of hair just because they are afraid to enforce the rules. I have lived in many countries and this does not happen there.

Best gym in Corpus and reasonable price, especially if you consider all the included and discounted amenities. Two pools, plenty of group classes, an indoor track, indoor and outdoor tennis. Plenty to do and engage in your fitness journey. As a parent, we utilize kids club a ton and love the staff. Our kids always look forward to going.

Nice place, has lots to offer, kid area while you workout too, only issue I have is its not 24 hours(it should be for the price you pay) like many other gyms..... I could understand closing the pool area and some other other areas at later times. but not the Basic Floor. You wouldn't need that many employees to keep that going.
