Love this place but yall should post some signs up telling people to stop putting knots in all the lifting straps. It literally compromises the integrity of them.

Our food was delayed, not sure why. We ordered the same as others. Our food had been ready. Not a good thing. We should all be equal.

Si, the yoga instructor, was so great and explained all the poses to us as we did them. I can't wait til we go again.

U know oddly enough it's nice , spacious more cardio machines that anything else ahah people seem nice to staff and workout people

We used to be a members since they want to charge us another annual fee. We paid for the annual fee in April this year, we need to cancel for moving and now we went to this place and they pretend to charged us again for the annual fee. So bad.

This gym is way nicer than any of the ones in San Antonio, not crowded plenty of space to do alternative workouts, if benches and squat racks are full

This gym has all the equipment I need and then some…earlier the better but that goes for most gyms…!!! Facility is always clean and I dig the atmosphere 💪🏽💪🏽 …

This gym is okay. Wish it had a sauna or steam room. I know it has other stuff such as tanning and a cool down thing but my membership doesn't cover but only the machines on the floor. It doesn't even cover classes. If i wanted to have classes it would be 20 dollars more. Uh no thanks. They do not do towel service at the moment because of "covid" (which is just an wxcuse) which makes no sense because nobody is cleaning the machines, counters, door handles, etc. But you can not hand me a clean towel so I can shower? Nobody is cleaning the showers either after every person showers, but you can not hand or put a clean towel on the counter so I can shower?...,makes no sense what so ever. Just isn't right when my fees pay for that, yet they use "covid" to excuse them from providing it. Hotels do not tell people oh we do not put sheets on the bed because of "covid" or you have to bring your own sheets because of "covid".The machines are somewhat up-to-date, they offer Bluetooth but do not know how to connect mine. Some machines have a TV on them but only 1 channel so whatever they are showing is whatever you have to watch.Staff is friendly.Machines are so close together and they do not have every other one blocked off, so back to the covid excuse, you can have somebody right next to you but can not give me a clean towel to shower with? Makes complete sense.

My boyfriend called to cancel his membership in September. There was “no documentation” of his contact and crunch continued to charge us through December. When I called to take over in trying to cancel it I was told by one representative that I would be reimbursed for the months the membership should have been canceled. Another representative when I called back said the management would contact me within the hour. Surprise surprise I wasn’t contacted and had to call back hours later and they still tried to charge me this month as a cancellation fee. The whole situation is highly unprofessional and I still do expect a refund due to their lack of communication and the fact that our attempt to cancel wasn’t even documented.

My husband and I have been running around in circles with crunch for the past couple months. We put in our cancelation back in 02/02/22 yet we proceeded to get charged for the month of March. When I called on 03/07/22 to ask about why we had been charged if we had cancel that membership, I was told there was never a cancellation input into the system. The gentleman I spoke to told me we would receive a refund within the next 7-10 days. I thought that was the end of that. But unfortunately not, we waited 2 weeks until we decided to get in contact Crunch with again. This time being 03/24/22 my husband went in and was told that this whole situation happened due to the termination of an employee. It just so happened this employee was the one who was supposed to process our cancellation. He was told once again to wait another 7-10 day. Well it’s been 10 days and here we go again calling. The woman I spoke to today 04/05/22 said she had no notes of anything I told her, other than a cancellation being input into the system on 03/24/22, which was when my husband went in to the gym to see what was going on. This whole situation has just been the worst, it’s been a very frustrating sequence of events. Please do better Crunch employees, take notes for record keeping!!!!
