The bald man Dj stared yelling at me when i told him i wanted to cancel my membership because they were charging me incorrectly. Long story short he starts yelling and telling me my credit is going to mess up so i left crying. Mind you i am only 17.

Love how clean it is and how friendly the employees are. I just wish people would stop camping on the machines well they check their social media posts and walk around to chat.

Staff is like no other staff I've ever seen. The level of encouragement is off the chart. I enjoy the classes and. I can go at my own pace and the instructors encourage it.

It can get a little busy between 5:30-8pm but not as bad as other gyms . Clean , Lots of space, nice equipment and good layout . Couldn't ask for more especially for the price .

During this epidemic I’ve tried repeatedly to cancel my membership due to them STILL charging me even though their gym’s aren’t even open and haven’t been nor will they indefinitely. They haven’t been returning my calls and have actively avoided my emails. It’s extremely irritating especially when I can’t even go to the physical establishment and speak with a representative. 0/5 stars if I could. I greatly do not recommend a membership here.

I’ve only been a couple of times but I really like the equipment and the facility is nice since it’s still very new. I went after work, around 6pm, and it’s shockingly WASN’T packed! My only complaint is it’s kind of limited with the free weights— only one or two sets of 10,15,20lb weights.

Overall a solid gym with plenty of equipment selection to hit nearly every muscle group. Some limitations are that the bumper plates that are to be used on the platforms are rather thick, so if you pull more than 4 plates it will be an issue. Also the bench press leaves much to be desired. The staff is rather friendly, and overall a very clean place. That being said the weights for the machines tend to be mixed up and scattered. Tends to get rather crowded in thr evenings as well.

They closed for lockdown but when they opened up they never bothered to tell anyone but they were still more than happy to charge us for the month and next month, they couldn’t even be bothered to tell us they were open and charging us monthly fees again. On top of that they charged us a cancellation fee even though they charged us for two months of non use. DO NOT go to this place, they will happily take your money and offer no redress if you have issues

Been working out here for about 3 months. Initially it was a good gym but now there is too many people making a workout here nearly impossible. Its clean feeling, bathrooms are nice, equip is nice and some pieces make the gym feel unique but when you come in to workout and you see 6 people to 1 station 5 at the other and 3 to the other you begin to realize you miss your old empty gym. And like their equipment here, their Wifi is inaccessible during these hours. People dont clean up after themselves here either but they do occasionally wipe their equipment, occasionally the key word.In short crowd as dense as Freedom Fitness on spid and almost as clean as planet fitness on spid.

I had Alyssa sign me up, great customer service! Invited my friend to workout with me this evening. Elijah was great at explaining all the different options and which one best suited my friend. Got to chatting with Billy, great personality. Absolutely love the environment and cleanliness of the gym! 10/10.
