good place to work out at for ages 13(if with an adult) and up.ask questions to a trainer for an hour of personal work out.exercise classes of all sorts.they have red light ..hydro massage..and tanning beds as well as spray tans available.just wipe down your equipment b4 and after use .But some just wipe after use(not all)thus b4 and after.

Great atmosphere. Front desk are very friendly/caring. Always clean. Great management. Always there to listen to your needs . It’s a great place to workout let off .

Love this gym. Has everything. Need a 2nd location in Corpus Christi though. Got a flyer at my door and on my side of town. Love the gym but this location is packed and hard to get to use equipment at times. Need a 2nd location on Southside.

Was charged incorrectly 3 months and still waiting for my refund 7 days later. Spoke with the front desk since the 1st time the incorrect amount was charged and did it 2 more times.. Clean facility but do not recommend.

They do not communicate what their cancellation policy is i.e. that you must go in to the gym to cancel and that you have to cancel up to 30 days before. When you try to cancel they will not let you do it over the phone. When you eventually do cancel they charge you for two months. I cancelled on Oct 7, and was told that I will have to be charged for November by a rude manager. Only outfit I have seen with these kind of policies designed to rip people off. Never signing back up.

There is a good variety of equipment and I love the punching bags in the HIIT zone because I like to kickbox. However, the place is way too small for how many people go there and the guests are not respectful of other people's privacy. I guess most men have never seen a woman hit a punching bag before and every time, without fail, one of them approaches me either to comment, ask to watch, or offer unsolicited advice. I have completely stopped coming because of how uncomfortable I am in this gym. But I will say the staff is super nice and are always out cleaning and keeping an eye on things.

Crunch Fitness was very good in its atmosphere and in an abundance of cardio and elliptical workout machines. However, the gym was more crowded than their outward notification sign indicated. The stretching area was crowded. The stretching area is too small. I enjoyed the Crunch machines lineup, but it got quite busy. The hydro massage was very helpful, and the red light therapy module helped me relax and rejuvenate my muscles. The staff worked joyfully and courteously.

Love working out in this place is clean. And the workers there are very nice. One of the guys showed me around the machines how to use them which I love because at least you know how to use them when they show you how y'all are awesome workers keep it up.

Very disappointed in the managers of this location. No follow up on a phone call concerning charges in Sept and October. I called 10/2 and was told the charges would be looked into and they would call back. Well I just called back today because I haven’t gotten any response at all from management. Be sure to keep any documentation of cancellations is all I can say. I did overlook the double charges after my daughter’s cancellation and that is on me. Fact is she cancelled though. I simply asked for a refund since my cancellation in Aug. because the initial phone call on 10/2 no one mentioned it was another account charging and because I called almost a month ago and heard NOTHING. Had to call back today and the manager refused any refund at all. Bad communication and follow up on their end.

Great machines, friendly service, respectable peers, good environment, over all a good place to work out. Locker/area is always clean. Plenty of sanitizer and paper towel stations to wipe down machines after use. Staff goes around sanitizing as well. Very clean. I would recommend this gym to my friends.
