Far and away the unfriendliest staff I have ever encountered. When I walked in today they entire group of four staff members looked at me like I was from Mars. Not one of them greeted me.Having come the Killeen location and interacting with Cindy and her staff. Huge disappointment.This is a part of the customer service industry. Let's try andreber this.

I came in to cancel my membership at the beginning of the month. They told me they would cancel it but that they still have to charge me for the next month.. I told them that "this is ridiculous" and that "they shouldn't have to charge me if i am not going to use said membership. They said "It's part of your contract."I work in customer service And I know how this works. I do. I told them to give me their customer service number and they don't have one. Be careful when doing business doing business or signing up with them cause you might regret it very unfortunate. If I ever return to another gym again it honestly will not be this one. They make policies just to s**** y** in the end.

My wife and I came to Crunch with intentions just to tour their facility, as well as other gyms, to swap from our current gym. Very politely & respectfully we were greeted by Kaleb at the front desk who gave us a great tour & walk through of the entire facility. He is very educated on the operations & equipment. He 100% is the main reason we were sold on changing that we did it on the spot and started out workout then. 10/10 would recommend to everyone and kudos to Kaleb in the staff for making the change very easy & welcoming.

Management is terrible they can't complete the simplest tasks or follow up as a courtesy I've been trying to transfer from a different crunch and downgrade my membership since June. It just got completed recently only by the means of constantly hounding management. Shane with regional management called but there is no record of the call nor did he leave a message. Gym would be better if they had better management.Update November 2nd 2022 after speaking to Shane, he assured me everything would be adjusted about a month ago. He upgraded me to the top tier instead of the basic. Again I stand with my previous review management is worthless.

I have gone to many gyms before who claim to care about their clients and it becomes clear that is not the case. As someone who is overweight I have anxiety going to the gym, but I never feel judged when I come in here to the Corpus Christi location. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager and having him show me the entire location and since then, he welcomes me in by name and says goodbye every time I see him. His team is there to take care of you, and I truly believe that. I did what I believe is called a crunch one kick off with a personal trainer named Aaron. He went above and beyond to show me he cared about me not only as a potential client, but as a person. Aaron was kind and considerate and tried his very best to make me comfortable the entire time. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a gym. Exceptional, above and beyond.

Great gym! The staff is super friendly. Literally everyone at the front desk acknowledges every client going in and out the building.The Manger Shannon and PT Emily keep me accountable every time I go in by saying “see you tomorrow and asking me about my personal goals”.

Great gym, so nice and welcoming. I can always tell when the blonde cleaner is working because she details the women’s locker room so thoroughly. She is constantly rushing around doing stuff and keeps busy like a bee. Always has a kind smile and I’ve seen her help out the check in desk when needed. People like her and Chris are always so helpful and make me want to keep coming back.

Hidden cancellation fee. Was told specifically by workers I wouldn't have to pay a cancellation fee, but when I went to cancel there was a $25 dollar fee.

Crunch Fitness clean is always couldn't believe how many people were there that early also got a good workout in
