I joined Orange Theory January 28 2023.I really enjoy this style of training. It is new, fun, and challenging everytime. I first learned of Orange Theory from Will Tennyson on YouTube.I am so glad I called, and asked about an opening for one of their classes. I have met Coach Eddie, Lauren, and Lindsay so far. They are great motivators, and make accommodations for those that may want to modify their workout for their fitness level.I would highly reccomend anyone that is interested in trying out Orange Theory to call the front desk, and check if there is an open spot for them to fill.Thank you for reading.All the best to you on your fitness journey.

Workouts are varied enough to keep you interested and the Coaches are awesome Motivators! The athletes make you feel like family. Miss a couple workouts or change your workout time and they will check on you.

Work-outs are always well-structured with minimum downtime. The data, the music, and the coach enhance motivation. I've found that I can push myself harder at Orange Theory than I can at any other workout -- and have fun doing it.

I don't have to plan anything. No sets/reps, playlist, equipment. All of that is taken care of. I can shut my mind off and spend 60 minutes sweating through a full-body workout. Waking up sore the next day is the best part!

I never thought I’d like going to workout classes but this place changed my mind. All the coaches are terrific and helpful and the workouts are always different. Highly recommend!
