Great gym to workout in and the staff is awesome, but the machines could probably use a little better maintenance and get greased up a bit.

I usually go around 4am before going to work. Hardly anyone at gym. Prefer early morning as tired after work. Facility nice and clean.

I canceled my membership and they still charged me my monthly fee.. my bank account went into overdraft because of it. but apparently if you cancel after the 10th of the month (which I was never told when I signed up or when canceling) you don't get your money back. will never be signing up here ever again.

Great gym in general but staff is always questioning black card members and guest. What's the point of paying a monthly fee to bring in a guest when they question your guest every time you come in. We pay a fee to go in. We don't pay a fee to get questioned

STAY AWAY!! PLEASE GOD DONT EVER GO HERE! Good luck ever trying to cancel this money hungry pit of a place, really really don't consider this gym ever. Ive tried to cancel for six months already and theyre still billing me, theyre “unable” to stop my account and only tell you to block their payment through your bank!! Even if you go in person or go to your account yourself, there is legit no way to cancel or get away from this hole of a place it’s only until your account gets sent to collection. Even with that I was fine with but they still havent done that after I told them to cancel everything over and over again, here I am getting charged. They dont help you out what so ever or give you any solution just the same excuse over and over. They really tell you up front there’s nothing they can do even the manager LOL it’s so Ridiculous!

The 30 minute workout area should be better managed. My husband and I go and have limited time so we always do that workout. Lately, its overrun with people using singular machines....over and over and over. It really throws off the pace and vibe of those observing the rules. That beginning said, its always clean. Hubby says please fix men's showers. They run cold water 95%bof the time.

I haven't joined yet as I live on the island and I don't know if this will work for me. But the 2 times I had memberships in the past in other cities cancelling was simple, unlike others (I'm not bashing 24 Hour Fitness - oops) I am going to join just because of this.

I have attempted to cancel my membership for over 3 years now and I continue to be charged! I’ve gone in person, I’ve sent a written request to the store, I even stopped by another location and nothing has been done. When I call, I’m told they can’t do anything over the phone. I really should ask for a refund for 3 years worth of monthly charges!!! What a pathetic gym!

Worst experience of all the times I’ve been at different Planet Fitness. Jojo (guy with the dumb mustache) seemed to just hone in on me to make it the worst possible experience. He questioned my membership even though I scanned in just fine. Only gives me 6 minutes on the hydro chair but ALL the other locations put 10 mins on. Then he started demanding payment of sort even though I have my bank account set up.The other employees I encountered were friendly. All the other PF locations I’ve been to have been fantastic experiences. Avoid Jojo and you’ll be fine.

Ryan and his staff do a great job! Always clean inside and hot showers, everyone is very nice. I personally don't think you can beat it for the money. Give them a try.
