This is the only 24/7 gym in Corpus, it's decent, but extremely cold. They have these huge fans blowing away. The staff has always been very friendly and the gym is clean!!!! I don't have a membership here but I do come once every 6 months or so. On a good note, they offer free pens and tootsie rolls when you walk in. And I'm pretty sure I saw a sign that says on Wednesdays they have free pizza. Enjoy!

Friendly staff at the front. Was very noticeably uncrowded on the floor during my visit. Good assortment of equipment. Definitely well worth the price for Black Card membership if you travel the country like me. I visit these gyms from coast to coast to get my workouts in.24 hours of operation is a huge plus. No excuses, it's never too early or too late to go get it in and invest in your health and fitness.Four stars instead of five because one of the two bathroom stalls was quite filthy. But other than that, the place was overall clean and tidy.

Started working out because it was cheap and I ended up cancelling my membership after a few months, yet I still keep getting charged monthly. So I decide to go and workout seeing how they keep charging me just to find out they telling me I no longer have an account. So I show them my bank statements showing where they charge me and they still say I don't have account and they refuse to refund me back my money. Planet fitness is a legal BBB con factory.

THEFT: The BIGGEST drawback is theft. There are dozens of cameras inside the gym but NONE outside. I have seen several cars with bashed out windows (in broad daylight) ... people crying while making police reports. My car was broken into ... Lost $1,000 in stolen property and damage. The workers inside acted like I was bothering them when I asked them to call the police. The mall rent-a-cop is a joke. Rides around on a golf cart looking stupid. Does nothing. The showers rarely have enough hot water. The equipment is ok but it's hard to get free weights and benches until after 10pm. I wouldn't recommend this gym. It's gimmicky, has the same clientele as Walmart, and if you're a victim of crime on their property - don't expect them to help. Maybe if they get enough bad publicity they'll install cameras OUTSIDE to deter the criminal activity in the parking lot.

Very poor gym. I picked the gym due to the lack of people that are there when I want to work out. The equipment is cheaper quality than WalMart equipment. But I was like hey for $10 I can just cancel. I ended up doing the black card which is a year contact for the hair cut. Yes the hair cut. I buzz cut my hair and have been doing it myself for years and am needing a new set of clippers. I was thinking for an extra $10 a month I dont have to buy clippers and I wont have to clean my bathroom after. Hole cow I've never had a crappier haircut. And omg it HURT so bad I almost walked out on the middle of it. I thought maybe the first was a fluke but the second was just as crappy. Especially listening to the conversation where another person and the stylist judging a trans person who attends the gym. and the profanity.. They dont want to cut your hair anyways. They wont take walkins even if there's no appointment or the appointment doesn't show. Watched the stylist sit in the massage chair when I could have been having a hair cut. But I'm grateful for that lack of customer service since the haircuts are horrible. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this place.

i've been a very loyal customer for 2 to 3 years, never have i ever been treated this badly. due to finically problems i had to change bank and didnt think nothing of it, until i took my brother in to sign up for membership today and get my account up to date with my bank account, the manager told me i owe $240!!! and said there's nothing he can do until i pay that off, not to mention my brother just sign up a membership, i ask to talk to someone who can help me, he told me i would have to talk to the cooperate team member, while i was there trying to get it resolve, i stayed with my brother, while he workout the manager told me i can not come back! its very sad, i bring them business and aslo was trying to resolve this matter, he simply was rude.!!! i just wanted to cry, never in my life i been treated like this..... they made so much money off me now this is the kind of service i get????

Although the low monthly payments are a no brainier, BEWARE! The incompetent staff and management have charged my account without my authorization. Month after month I have had issues with their banking service. I do not recommend trusting their services. You have been warned.

I have a black card membership and never had a problem at the San Antonio locations. This location however was not up to par.. The speed/incline buttons were messed up on the first two treadmills I got on, and the showers in the women's locker room had FREEZING cold water, even turning it up all the way it would go to hot. I really hope they fix this problem and get at least warm water in the showers! It was almost impossible to shower

I stopped at this gym during my vacation in corpus mostly to shower. But I've come every day I've been here because the staff is very friendly. It's like being at my home gym hundreds of miles away. And they even have perks that other PFs do not.Thanks for being awesome.

Staff is fantastic! Overall experience excellent. Facilities are set up to accommodateevery level of of fitness seekers from beginner to those who spend all day in the gym. Very comfortable atmosphere.
