Coming from a beginner at kickboxing, I’m extremely impressed with 5 Elements Studio and its staff. It’s a great place to workout and develop skills in various martial arts. It has excellent, highly skilled coaches that care about the students, bring great energy to every session, and are capable of teaching students of all ages and skill levels.

Hello everyone. My son learned Jiu-Jitsu here for a month. Coach Gerardo and his team are very professional and patient. My 4 years old son was not confident at first. Now he is enjoying the lessons here and his technique is improving every week. I think this is the best place for kids to learn jiu jitsu & self defense!спасибо тренер !!!thank you coach

I enrolled my 6 yr old son at 5 Elements in December primarily with hopes of improving his coordination and gross motor skills. And wow! while his growth in these areas has been apparent, he’s gaining so much more. He’s made new friends and becoming more self assured and disciplined. To their credit Coach Gerardo and Coach Sebastian maintain a friendly learning environment and make their classes fun. Most impressive is their ability to distill complex moves down for children. The language they use, the explanations they provide, the one on one time they give conveys the technical at a kid’s level. I’ve described to family and friends the ways in which my son has grown and how fortunate we are to have found 5 Elements. The coaches have the necessary skill set as accomplished black belts, more than this it’s their unique ability to connect with children and teach that sets them apart from other instructors.

I have been working with the owner of this studio for 14 years now and have nothing but good things to say about him and his services. Gerardo (owner) is a professional, intelligent, and passionate man and really cares about what he does and who he’s doing it for. A great Man, trainer, father and personal friend is how I would describe him, and if you decide to follow his teaching and training I bet you will come to realize the same qualities. No better environment to find a healthy life.

I just started as a beginner. I need a way to stay in shape without over exerting myself for my age. Since I joined this community, I already feel part of the family. I also have a bigger motivation to continue learning the craft and stay fit at the same time. Can't stop now! " SKIES THE LIMIT "

I’m 32 and I had never tried jiu jitsu but I wanted to feel strong as a woman even though I’m smaller in size. 5 Elements welcomed me and made me feel so welcome and right at home. Even in a class with much more experienced individuals I never felt self conscious and everyone who trains here was very welcoming and kind and helped me train and learn as a newby. I love it! 🥰

Gerardo is a great instructor. 1st week of classes have been very productive. His personality contributes to a great gym culture as well. Everybody is friendly. He gives the opportunity to try his classes before you commit, so I would step in and see what you think.
