Aiki Muay Thai is a gym with professional trainer, welcoming culture, and a variety of trainees to match your level of experience. It is an equally good place to start as a beginner and to master your existing martial arts skills. You can expect to have a balanced schedule that includes techniques break-down, cardio and strength exercises, as well as partner practicing and (optional) sparrings.

I started training here recently as a total beginner and I highly recommend this gym if you are interested in Muay Thai! Khru John is a fantastic teacher and I could tell from my first couple visits that this is a great community of people to train with.

Khru is a remarkable teacher - for both Muay Thai and the philosophy of Martial Arts. He does great work with everyone, from beginners picking up a new hobby to fighters looking to compete. The gym itself is friendly and welcoming, with everyone supporting each others growth. I have been going for a few months now and have left every class feeling better than I came in. Highly recommend!

I had great pleasure training at Aiki Muay Thai Kickboxing. Great place for people who are just starting their journey with martial arts, and great place for people, like me, who has experience. Good atmosphere, knowledgeable coach. Totally recommend that place!

I have been a member of this gym for about 4 years, I cant say enough great things about the gym, the instruction and atmosphere are top notch, besides the fact that I cant say enough(at 51yrs old)about how much my conditioning has improved both mentally and physically. Coach John is by far the best coach I have met on my journey thru life.

Kru (Instructor) John is the man. I've been going to Aiki Muay Thai with my 4 kids (ages 8 - 13, 1 girl, 3 boys) for close to 2 years and I cant say enough good things about Kru John and his team at Aiki Muay Thai. My humble assessment of Kru John is he can take you to the edge of your perceived limits of skill, physical & mental toughness and beyond if thats where you want to go, while at the same time addressing children and others at the the right intensity for their individual objectives. The skills learned here extend well beyond Muay Thai. Confidence, Courage, Perseverance, Patience and more.
