My Husband and Son visited Aiki Muay Thai for Fathers Day. Both told me it was one of the best class experiences they had ever experienced. My husband plans on attending regularly and my son would as well if he didn't live three hours south of DFW.

Kru Sosa is the real deal! I've been working one-on-one with Kru Sosa for a year and have seen significant improvements and proficiency with both my Muay Thai and boxing skills. Kru Sosa is an excellent teacher who will meet the student where they're at, both in terms of skill level and learning style. I've learned so much both in and outside the ring from my training with Kru Sosa and highly recommend his gym to anyone interested in learning and/or developing their Muay Thai and boxing skills.

I have gone to AiKi Thai for several years. I got myself into the best shape of my life (even though I had no previous martial arts training) and improved my character and inner strength. As I started a family and had two young children, I went to the classes less and have regretted it. Training there is something that I should have prioritized even during the busiest times because of the strength that it gave me.Khru Sosa teaches authentic Miay Thai with respect to the ancient traditions of the martial art. That being said, his class is immensely useful if you are looking for practical self-defense and a great work out with a family atmosphere and philosophy.Khru Sosa is an expert and is always very honest and insightful with his teaching as are Khru Mike and Khru Mark, who also teach there. I give Khru Sosa and Aiki Thai my highest personal recommendation as they have taught me much and changed my life for the better.-Jay Turner

Started training with Kru Sosa 5 months now and after going to a few gyms before joining here I wish I had come here first. I spent 4 years in Thailand working and training and this gym is for real. Check out Aiki Muay Thai gym if your serious about training muay thai. JJ

This is one of my favorite places to be, everyone here is like family. Khru John has studied the martial arts for his entire life and has lived muay thai for many many many decades; to me there is no better teacher than him. If you truly want to study muay thai then this is the place for you.

I’ve been studying martial arts since I was 16 and I’ve had a lot of good coaches over the years, but none of them compare to Khru John Sosa here at AMTB. He doesn’t teach Muay Thai just as a way of combat, he teaches it as a way of life for both inside and outside the gym. I consider him the Mr. Miyagi of Muay Thai. The atmosphere of the gym is very welcoming and friendly and our goal is to help every student get better whether your a beginner or experienced. My striking skills have improved tremendously since I’ve trained here and I highly recommend this place.

Let me begin this review by saying that this gym is second to none!. I have been coming to this gym for about 3 years now and I can say that the instruction, the training and the atmosphere is simply fantastic. The head instructor, Khru John Sosa, is very passionate about what he does and makes sure to make his new students feel welcome and at home. Not only that, but he assures that each student learns more and more of the art of Muay Thai. The camp has a very family-oriented atmosphere and we are all a family away from family. If you want to learn self-defense, get a great workout or pursue greater knowledge in the arts of Muay Thai and Western boxing, then this is the place to train at!
