We have had Tim come to our home twice a week since January to lead full-family workouts before school. It has been hands-down the best New Year’s resolution we could have invested in, and Tim has customized wonderful circuit workouts for our family that ALL FOUR of us can do! He’s encouraging and fun, and modifies workouts to accommodate individual goals and injuries. We love our mornings with Coach Tim!

I am so happy I found Tim! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what he does . He spends time to discuss your goals and curates not only a workout program but also a meal plan that will help you achieve it! I am doing partner training so this important because we have different goals and health concerns. He is always quick to respond whenever you have a question , I would recommend him to anyone!

Tim really knows his stuff. I thought I knew my stuff until I asked him about 20 questions and he changed my mind on most of them. He’s really nice and knowledgable, has good communication, and is very professional. It’s the most I’ve sweat in my entire life doing his workouts.

I started with Tim about 1 year ago, after recovering from rotator cuff surgery. He has been patient and very helpful in bringing me along at a good pace. I am a 67-year old female who NEVER worked out: now I see Tim twice a week and have better balance, endurance, and strength. My husband (a long time runner) has been so impressed with my progress, that he now also works with Tim.

Came by my shop while in FL and we got an immediate good vibe from him. We spent a while talking and he’s very knowledgeable about health and wellness and is a model of fitness.
