It's the dollar store version of the equinox brand.The trainers, instructors are good as they cycle through the area gyms. However, the facilities are pretty old and are in a grave need of an update. The membership at this gym costs as much as the other Dallas branch or Plano branches, but there is a huge difference in the facilities. The other gyms - and even the ones in Austin and Houston - have updated tile work in the showers, paint, etc. It's time for this gym to do a remodel, and for them to spend they money upgrading this to the facility Equinox is supposed to be.

Great convenient gym! The front table staff are amazing and are there to answer any questions.After my workouts I always make sure to pickup a protein smoothie from I Love Juice Bar Park Lane nearby. You gotta take care of what you put in your body!

This is really super nice place to workout at just took a tour today with Jake he is amazing and they were very very clean even through out the day
