I am a fitness professional, and I also struggle with the mundane issues of any gym-goer (overweight, work, fatigue, etc). Because I recognize these struggles, it's important to me to train with someone who is knowledgeable, reliable, and has an open mind. Someone who shows integrity in the work place, with a sense of enjoyment. Someone who stays up-to-date with science, trends, and changes things up remaining fresh and effective, while always efficient. Someone who does and shows the work, who walks the walk and talks the talk, who leads by example. Someone who keeps an eye on the group and at the same time an eye on me as an individual. That someone is Kyle D. I have worked with both, Kyle and Michele, and I continue to because I trust them, I get results, and I am motivated to be there every time. They show interest and concern for me and my well-being. If you want someone who gets you and is on your side, and who works with you to accomplish your goals, get yourself to Hunger in the Wild. It's a wonderful place to be, with like-minded people of all fitness levels, ages, genders, a team, a family, or as we like to call ourselves, a #wolfpack.

“We were first introduced to Kyle a few years back when we were looking for strength/performance training for our daughter. The results she received were amazing so when it came time to get our son involved in training, we didn’t hesitate to reach out to Kyle. Our son is a competitive junior rower so we needed someone who understood the demands of high intensity workouts and would be able to provide a safe workout plan that would complement his 6 days a week training schedule. Kyle spent time talking with our son about expectations and personal short/long term goals. The plan he developed was exactly what our son needed to increase his strength and endurance and gain a competitive edge in his sport. In the short amount of time that he has worked with Kyle, he has already increased in size and shaved time off of his races. Our son looks forward to his weekly workouts and the challenges he is given to push himself to be a better athlete. Kyle is so supportive of him and is always available to answer any questions we may have. His expertise in training and proper technique is unparalleled to anything we’ve ever seen. If you’re looking for the best to train your son/daughter, look no further than Kyle and his team at HITW.”

I came to Hunger In The Wild as a “self taught weightlifter” quickly learned that my technique needed some overhaul to really progress my competitiveness with the sport. Within a month my lifts were more crisp and technically sound because I was actually able to put the strength I had into the barbell. The lifts are becoming second nature and missing lifts is starting to be a rare occurrence. Overall Kyle has made twice the weightlifter I could have became on my own and it seems like I am only getting better every time I train at HITW. Kyle is a great teacher of the lifts and is very relatable when trying to correct any technique issues. So if your in the DFW area and are looking to become a better weightlifter or just enjoy weightlifting HITW has great coaches and a great community.

If your looking to improve your weightlifting, grow as an athlete, or simply learn how to move better Kyle is your guy. He’s a wealth of knowledge with a true passion for the sport and helping ppl. As a coach myself you know when you see a good coach who follows what he preaches. Great guy and I encourage everyone to either reach out to him or stop in his gym in downtown Dallas.Mark
