I always have such a wonderful experience at OTF Lakewood! The coaches, the members, and the facility all come into play to make my experience the best it can be! Coach Chantelle, Sheridan, Adam, and Caitlyn always provide encouragement and feedback and the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful!

No workout is ever the same. The structure of the program keeps you guessing as well. I love that no matter the time of day I’m getting the same workout as friends who also attend same day but different class. The coaches are welcoming and engaging. Our head coach cares so much for our Lakewood community that she goes above and beyond for members to create an inclusive environment.

Absolutely LOVE Lakewood OTF. The trainers are awesome and provide not only great feedback and motivation, but knowledge as well. They make an extremely hard workout turn into a motivational power trip that makes you feel like a rock star once you finish. My exercise regimen has completely changed, for the better, thanks to Sheridan, Adam and Chantelle!!! 👊🏻👊🏻

This is exactly the push I needed since ‘March’ put a halt to my consistent group workouts & activity. Very clean facility with great covid safety practices in place. Because of that, I can focus on an hour of improving me. It’s a great full-body high-intensity (HIIT) workout. The trainers I’ve had so far (Adam & Chantelle) along with the lobby/check-in staff are helpful and want me to be successful. I look forward to seeing my results. The arm-band heart rate monitor I bought is helpful & can also be used outside of class. The app is easy to use to review results & schedule classes. FUN!! Worth the $$.

I have visited this studio a few times now and I am always impressed by the quality of the staff and instructors. I have been in classes with coaches Chantelle and Rachel and both times I have found them very motivating and helpful with the exercises. I always leave feeling like I crushed the workout of the day.
