Extremely nice facility. Very clean locker rooms. Plenty of cardio machines. It was a great experience. Would definitely visit again.

The gym is good, but they have a very bad system, they changed my gym without my authorization and they made me go to the other one to be able to cancel my membership since they couldn't make the transfer for me, the staff at both gyms and the staff that assists me On the website they are not trained to resolve simple administrative issues (they were all very kind and polite, I thank them, but that did not solve my problem). What would have happened if they moved me to another state? I lost my money because they wouldn't let me go to the gym

Honestly, this gym is a pleasant surprise. The staff is encouraging and so are the other members. Everything is always clean. The equipment appears to be functional for the most part. There is one Smith machine that's been out of order for a bit, but there are 3 more in operation. I think I prejudged what the experience would be like because of the location and I *really* enjoyed my old gym (which closed unexpectedly).Oh! The HydroMassage chairs are amazing. I haven't used the red light machines, but they're next on the list

The man who was on Monday, September 26 at 12:30 at night, I think he treated me in a rasist way, he didn't greet me and didn't answer me if the gym was open 24 hours I was just looking at his phone. It's a shame because the morning staff is very friendly.
