Charged $180 a month for the last three months for personal training after they forged my signature “bc their computers were down.” Corporate keeps telling me they will refund it but I haven’t seen it yet. Also I pay $22 a month and the have huge flags outside saying get the same membership for $9. Gtfo I canceled my membership and go to f45 across the street.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SCAMMED OUT OF $300.After 3 months of nonstop follow up on a refund for a cancellation I made. Still nothing. Jake who sells/manages PT said he cancelled it within the 72hour notice. Followed up the following weeks in person with still no refund. He submitted "the wrong form" resubmitted a month later. Now 2 months later still no refund. Was told he will give me the number to call corporate. I have asked multiple times for it and he continues to just say I will get it to you. Still waiting. I called customer support and they told me they can't do anything cause on their end it shows I cancelled too late due to Jake filing the wrong form.Escalated this issue to the location manager Garth. He has not done anything as well. Said he will talk to Jake and still nothing has come of it. I am out $300.WORST GYM I have ever been too. SCAMMED ME.

I am the yoga instructor here for afternoons! Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The first hour is a Power Flow class with several poses one right after the other, to get the heart rate up and keep it there!! The last hour is restorative. We focus on the breath and releasing tension from the muscles!! This is a nice clean facility, with a quiet and space for mindful movement!!I love it here🧘🏾‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️

When I signed up for membership, I was convinced into a personal training package. It was sold to me as a certain number of sessions. Nothing about recurring membership. Now over a year later, I realized they have been charging me $165 every single month since signing up. I never even used the first sessions I bought. The person lied to me when signing up, no one contacted me to ever even set up my personal training sessions and now after spending over $2400, they say my sessions are already expired and I can't even use the ones purchased and have denied any sort of refund. The people who run this business have no integrity and are clearly okay with taking advantage of people and their "salesmen" to lie to people. This is the worst experience of my life. My family will have less food on their table because of their deception. Shame on you all!

Walked inside the Gym to cancel my gym membership and one of the staff told me to leave my phone number and name and be will take-care of it, turns out ive been getting charged for the past 5 months . I tried calling customer service and they told me they cant do nothing about it since I did not sign a document to cancel my gym membership. The guy working did not tell me that nor gave me a call . This gym has the worst customer service ever .

This location has the worst management. They dodged our phone calls for over a month when we asked about a double charge to our account. They initially said that they would reverse it but then ignored us for over a month. They refused to give us a corporate phone number as well.I then called the Frisco location off of Custer and they were more than happy to explain our account and gave us the corporate number without any hassle. We spoke to customer service and they were irritable and snarky. We finally confirmed our refund but who knows if it will actually come back to our account.Please save yourself the time, money, and sanity. Do not sign up for this gym. Go anywhere else but Texas Family Fitness is a scam. If I could give them 0 stars, I certainly would.

Just joined and everyone has been very friendly, helpful and supportive. Great equipment and resources. The trainers are helping me get settled into a workout plan and are there to help me reach my goals.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever encountered in any business setting. Had to relocate a month or so after my membership. Went in to cancel and did all I needed to do (gave 30 day notice) and was assured by staff that it’ll all be taken care of.Fast forward to almost 2 years later & the Mockingbird station location is STILL trying to charge my credit card. The only way it stopped was cancelling my personal card (due to it being stolen). After talking to two different on site staff (completely useless, they’ll just refer you to “corporate”) mailing in a formal letter, I am being threatened with being sent to collections.Absolutely zero responsibility from on site or corporate to right the wrong their staff made.After reading these reviews, I am seeing a number of familiar stories.Horrendous experience & I’m not seeing an end in sight. Avoid this company at all costs.

I was not able to schedule personal training that I already paid for, because of staffing shortages. After speaking the the fitness manager and gm of the gym numerous times they referred me to corporate, and would not provide a refund for not being able to schedule my sessions.I have not received a response from the corporate office in weeks from anyone capable handling my concerns. The customer service admin. (Stephanie) said a supervisor would return my call. After emailing a follow I still have not heard back. I’m disappointed that corporate has a lack of concern, and the management at the location cannot take care of my concerns. This is not what I would expect purchasing personal training sessions. I’m not even sure if I can say the gym is adequate work out or refer others to at if you cannot rely on management / corporate to resolve issues.

This gym is very close to being great, but when they miss the mark, they miss it big.After opening in March 2020, I inquired about the women’s shower stalls. The doors are hung so high, that you’re unable to shower without exposing yourself. So if you’re looking for a morning or lunchtime workout and need to shower after, you’re out of luck and this is not the gym for you. Picture for reference.Today 7 treadmills were out of service. Not sure if they’re broken or perhaps a fuse was blown. I notified the front desk, but nothing changed.Lastly, the water filter has been shining red for over 2 weeks with the need to be replaced.Truly, I like this gym but there are some things that need attention.
