Different type of work out. So easy to do. Just twice a week for about 20 minutes. Lifting weights till you fatigue the muscles. Really works. The trainers set up a special program for each person and help you work out.The food program is wonderful. Made by a chef and is very tasty. The food has no preservatives, is organic and healthy. Food for every type of diet. Calories are all proportioned out. The Trainers are wonderful and treat me like family.

I went to Utopia after I hit the unwanted Covid 10. It was the reset I needed to get back into my jeans. The boutique atmosphere feels safe and the trainers are very motivating. I am not doing the food plan anymore and continue to see results by going only two times a week. I highly recommend to anyone with a busy schedule that wants real and lasting results.

This Utopia is the best! Started last February. Had just enough personal training to get me thru the covid shutdown. Stayed on it. When they opened back up it was fantastic! It took me 2 weeks to get back on track. Now it’s the new year and look at my numbers I started at 222 and at 185 now. Beginning at 28% body fat and now 14.4! That’s in 44 weeks! I suggest going the personal training route. It’s worth it.Sam and Daniel are really cool to work with friendly, professional and very encouraging. Food is fantastic!
