Very safe, clean and love the way they must clean after opening for the hour a closing 1/2 hour. Then opening again. Great system to keep safety measures.

Easy parking. Small gym, but have never had problem with machine wait. They have zumba etc...NoSauna, No pool, No jacuzzi. Basic place, good for quick workout. Neighborhood feeling...

New tech has begun to fix machines and clean the dressing rooms. New manager is asking corporate for new machines. Maybe they need new competition in Pacifica.Signed up again for membership. Staff was courteous and well informed.

Equipment is outdated and requires constant maintenance. Missing weights and the Saturday person opening up (Jonis) is always late!!!! False advertisement in claiming it is 24 Hours wneh they open late and close early on the weekends and Mondays!!! All other 24 Hour Fitness Facilities ARE open 24 Hours!!!! Piss Poor at best.

Been to 3 separate 24-hour fitness locations the week of 10July2020 and this is BY FAR the least safe. A significant number of people walking around with no masks on, others with their masks pulled down around their necks. This place is a COVID outbreak waiting to happen. Staff is either not trained to deal with situation or just doesn’t care.Go at your own risk!

When I first started going to this gym, I thought it was a great choice for those who live in the Pacifica area. There are a huge assortment of treadmills, stair steppers, bikes, and weight lifting machines to pick from. After several months, I started to become disappointed in how many machines were broken and never repaired, but I overlooked it, and focused on the positives.However, after COVID hit in March, my opinion of how this particular branch operates quickly shifted. The gym closed down due to COVID restrictions, (which I was completely for), but continued to charge me for a membership. There was no way to talk to an actual person to get a refund. I cancelled my membership online, but continued to get charged from 24 hour fitness. I had to dispute the charges on 3 separare occasions with my bank over the last several months.Finally, when this branch reopened, and I was able to speak to a team member about why I was still being randomly charged for a membership when I hadn't been to their gym in 9 months, I was met with incompetence, and down right rudeness. Nothing was solved, and customer service was awful. The whole experience really changed my perspective of how this company operates.If you do decide to proceed with a membership, be aware that customer service is lacking in every area.

I love this 24 Hour Fitness location. It's a nice big open space. And during these pandemic times, they are doing a great job of limiting the number of people at the gym at any given time, making sure that people are wearing masks, and cleaning machines before each appointment time. The staff have been very friendly and helpful.
