Didn’t think too much of it from the outside. As a local gym well off the beaten path in a small town it’s easy to miss. Inside, it was a different story. Well maintained equipment despite its age, kind locals, and a staff that was more than happy to strike up a conversation.

The best way to get rid of a bad habit is to replace it with a good habit. Losing my wine and chocolate habit financed my Tera Nova Fitness habit and its been the best decision in years. In 4 months I've lost 16lbs, gained 5% muscle and lost 6% bodyfat. More importantly, I've got my pop-up back and surfing better than I have in years. Thank you Matt, Noel and Chris; the tailored workouts and personal touch are just what the Doctor ordered.

I love outdoor sports, but I hate working out alone. Joining terra nova was the best decision in a long time. Chris & team helped me to get stronger and to stay motivated. The personals are in small groups where each member has their own plan. I enjoy the group classes - they mix it up. The audience is super diverse. Every age and body form. Love it. I went too Terra Nova Fitness not sure what to expect but had a goal. Building strength in my legs and trying to get fit after not being for so long. They are very helpful and understanding of how much or how little you can do and encourage you all the way.Oct 2022I didn’t mention in my first post that I went to Terra Nova Fitness with my lower back out since April and going through PT also and had atrophy from being in a wheel chair for 2 months after major for surgery. I went in and told Chris I needed to be able to walk straight so I could walk my daughter down the aisle in sept when she got married.He made a workout program for me that worked on those areas plus strengthening other areas needed.Thank you Terra Nova Fitness for helping me not loose my balance while walking my daughter down the aisle. Her wedding went as it should have. Amazing.
