If you live in the Danbury area and you are looking to learn BJJ, this is the place to be. Luigi and Silvia are amazing instructors. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. You don't get any of that ego rolling you might find at other BJJ gyms. This isn't my home gym but whenever I am in town I always find time to stop in and train with the ATT CT crew. Like I said, if you live in CT and want to learn BJJ this is the place to be.

Absolutely love this place. I've been training here since April (Ish?) 2019 and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to get involved in some type of combat sport

I cant express enough how amazing this place is. From the masterful teaching to the true family atmosphere, this place has become a second home to me and everyone there is my family. Great experience at American Top Team. Luigi and Sylvia truly put the children above all else. Rare to see an organization put helping people above making money these days, but Luigi and Sylvia do just that. They work to instill respect and discipline while building confidence and self esteem. The kids love going and we couldn't be happier with the skills they are learning.

I have been teaching practical and effective martial arts for well over 30 years, and I highly recommend this school to anyone interested in the very finest in martial arts instruction.
