No one uses the 30 minute workout room appropriately. They sit on a machine and do multiple sets. All of the same type of machines are available on the main floor. I wish the staff would crack down on people taking up machines in that room for much longer than intended.

Went to work out mid day. Machine platforms are dirty n littered with shoe debris, women's room floor is wet, sink counter was entirely wet. Not a good look at all! When I told the guy at the front desk I was trying to be polite n wait u til he was done with another member but he thought it was ok to disregard the other member to see what I wanted. His response was there's no female person for the bathroom. Unacceptable!!! Ever been to a place where they call out to members "Maintenance" n wait until everyone vacated to do 5 mins of cleaning. A laiz a fare attitude of the staff. Managers need to be visible. What happened to this place?😡
