I recently have successfully made a purchase of a commercial treadmill with Austin! Austin is very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness equipments that he was able to recommend me one based on my guidelines. After my initial visit he continuously followed up with me, but in a way with no pressure at all. Austin wanted to make sure he answered all my questions and if there was anything else at all he can help with. He was even able to save me a couple thousand dollars on accessories he knew I didn’t need. I highly recommend this store, asking for Austin. I will definitely be back to make purchases with him as I am building my own home gym.I was even able to get my delivery within the next few days. Professional delivery who laid out quilts so they don’t dirty the carpet. Put together quite quickly as well.

Alex knowledge on the equipment was a big help for me in making a decision to buy the Hudson Steele Manhattan machine and my brother in buying the Miami machine and the store was nicely organized

Five stars! Anthony is knowledgeable, courteous, and determined to fit the equipment to the customer, not vice versa. He found the perfect piece of equipment for my wife and me — a recumbent strider with a linear motion. When the installers were not given the floor mat to put under the strider, Anthony came that same night after work to put in the floor mat himself. Now, that’s service! We recommend Anthony and Fitness Showrooms to anyone in the market for quality fitness equipment.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Frank and Fitness Superstore in Brookfield. After 19 years, my Life Fitness treadmill called it quits. I stopped in to see the new machines. Frank showed me several models and highlighted their differences for me. He allowed me the time to try each one and I never felt rushed or pressured. I actually left undecided between two models. My husband contacted Frank and surprised me purchasing the Life Fitness T5. Frank coordinated delivery and kept me updated every step of the way. (COVID and winter weather caused some unavoidable delays). Frank actually had it delivered on a Sunday night! The machine had a slight blemish and without question, Frank ordered a replacement console which was promptly swapped out by their fabulous service department. A lot has changed with the console technology in 19 years and Frank spent time on the phone with me walking me through all of the customization and programming modes. I highly recommend Fitness Superstore for both sales and service. Pricing was competitive. Knowledge of equipment/features is top notch. No pressure. No games. Very pleased with my experience!

We bought an elliptical at the Fitness Superstore, which we found to have the best prices in this area.Frank was very patient and helpful explaining to us the features of the different elliptical machines, and the comparison with the treadmills etc. He helped us find the right machine, for us. The delivery staff that setup the machine in our house were very professional and courteous.Our new elliptical machine works so smoothly, and quietly; we couldn't be happier with it.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a backlog of orders for home exercise equipment. We were in the market for a commercial quality elliptical trainer and the Fitness Superstore in Brookfield had a number of very good choices. Frank was exceedingly patient with my wife (more than I can say) and explained the different features of the available ellipticals that were on display (all discounted). When none seemed to fit the bill exactly (suspended pedals with small footprint), he suggested the True PS300. It was on backorder, and we got delivery in about 9 weeks, which is relatively quick for some of these sought after models. The delivery and installation went seamlessly. We are confident now that we made a great choice of dealer and product.

I had been searching for simple hand weights online / at local stores, and prices were either expensive, or they were out of stock for the size I needed. Having given up finding anything, I decided to take a chance and call Fitness Superstore in Brookfield. To my surprise, they not only had the size weights I needed (and more), prices were really competitive. This place will be the first place I think to call next time, because even though I was in there to just buy a pair of hand weights, Frank catered to me with kindness and respect -- great, great personality. I'm definitely recommending this place (and Frank) to friends/family.
