KickFIT in Brookfield is awesome! The classes are a blast. The instructors are supportive, fun, and take the time to work with you to improve your technique. It is a full body work out, and I’ve been having so much fun there. Highly recommend!

Love love LOVE! KickFIT is such a great workout - Lyndsay is amazing! I just recently got back into kickboxing after having kids and it feels so good to be back. High energy, super fun class.Highly recommend!
