Steve is a fantastic trainer, absolutely one of the best. With his extensive knowledge of personal training combined with his expertise in martial arts and boxing, he designed a hybrid training program designed especially to meet my needs. I first started working out with Will after taking a class where he pointed out to me the same thing my Chiropractor pointed out. I’m a runner and over the past 2 years have had 3 stress fractures. I had been all over and spoken to everyone from orthopedics, to trainers, to physical therapist, to endocrinologist and my chiropractor. Since Will and my chiropractor seemed to be on the same page (without Will even knowing me or my history), I decided to give his personal training a shot. Since working with Will I am back to happily running the roads of New Fairfield injury free and feeling stronger than ever! He is so attentive to what you are doing and works with you to insure you are correctly doing each exercise and using the correct muscles, there is no “going through the motions” in a Will Power training session. I encourage anyone who wants to be their best self to give Will Power Personal Training a try.
