The whole reason for signing up at Backus ave location was because I live less than 5 minutes away and i was told that when they hire more people it would be open 24 hours. Tonight they told me they have no plans to open 24 hours. I hate when people lie just to get you to sign up!

The new PF location in Western Danbury is spacious and clean and the staff is always friendly.

I signed up for planet fitness well before they opened. The opening was delayed a few times but the gym was worth it. This area needed another gym. I know it opened a month ago but I wish the hours were a little longer - especially on the weekends.

I go here 3 times a week and I absolutely love the facilities! Very clean. Very nice people who work at the front desk. I also take showers there and they are always very clean. I have never had an issue with any of the equipment there. People are respectful. 5/5, would recommend.

One of the best experiences I’ve had so far as per member experience and the gym atmosphere. The staff are amazing whether it’s daytime or nighttime. I always get a warm and welcoming greeting from the front desk which makes my day. The gym is super clean and I see the staff cleaning and helping out other members every time I’m there. I’ve never had any issues finding a machine to workout as they have tons of options when it come to cardio and weight training machines. The locker rooms are very spacious and clean and has a lot of additional new workout equipment compared to other locations. The Black Card Spa is the place to be as it offers tons of amenities for the Black Card Members. This is the most updated gym in Connecticut and I’m glad that I chose Danbury Southwest Planet Fitness. Look no further!! The Best Gym Ever!!!

First off, the 1 star people need to calm down. PF didn't promise you anything they aren't delivering at this location. Which, by the way, was built and curated really well. It's the 1st month they are open, surely there will be a few minor issues that will get worked out. But the staff is very pleasant and the gym is in a great location.

This planet fitness is AWESOME I will be here all the time. They have like a hundred treadmills and massage chairs in the back. Not to mention super nice staff!
