My friend… attend ANY of Sunlight’s classes and you’ll be in the best care. All of their teachers are warm, extremely kind, and make yoga accessible to all bodies and all difficulty levels. Your future classmates are also lovely and partake in Sunlight’s no-judgment zone that builds people up, one cat-cow at a time.I have a renewed and reinvigorated relationship with yoga due to Sunlight’s beautiful impact… and I’ve only been attending this studio for a month. Brock’s 7 AM Monday morning class is the PERFECT kickstart to the week. He knows how to get the blood flowin’! Kirk’s “Yoga & Sound Healing” (the first class I attended and I highly recommend it to EVERYONE) on Wednesday night is the perfect mid-week inspiration, reset, and is truly an exquisite (and sometimes trippy) treat. Grooving into the weekend with classes with Emily, Ella, and owner/operator/badass-warrior-woman-yogi-Rebecca is just what the body & soul needs. I invited my Aunt to attend a class and she instantly was “wowed” and now she’s investing in herself by purchasing a membership.What I love about this studio is that the focus is on breathing and BEING. Yes, the movement and how it’s done is also important… but nothing works out if the previously stated are not a main focus. I’ve been a part of other studios where striking the perfect pose gets in the way of what yoga should actually be about - to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. Sunlight Yoga Studio & Apothecary nails it and is exactly what their name states- sunlight in your life. Oh… and they have turned this black-coffee drinker into a person who will totally accept their free spot of tea before/after a class.See you at class!

I discovered Sunlight a year ago when I signed up for a book club. Everyone in the studio is so welcoming, and I loved discussing a book, drinking tea, and doing yoga. I then signed up for a pass to go weekly and started to get back into yoga. I now have the unlimited pass and go as often as I can…usually 6x per week. Every class offers something different, and all of the instructors will accommodate any level.I have discovered more than a yoga studio…it’s a community. I feel relaxed the minute I step through the door. Thank you to all of my regular instructors: Rebecca, Zaria, Gretchen, Constance, Emily, Kirk, Ella, and Brock.Give Sunlight a try…I am so glad that I did! ❤️

I've been going to sunlight for a couple months now, it's really the best place I ever been! I leave feeling so refreshed and in tune with myself. All the instructors are great. They are all so welcoming and really make you feel comfortable. BONUS! You get great tea every class!

Sunlight is a welcoming studio with a great variety of classes. Take as many classes as possible - each instructor has a different style, and every class I’ve taken has been different and wonderful!

That one place I, as a new mom, get to call my space for my time. Gretchen’s movement and meditation class teaches me to calm my mind, practice gratitude for my body, and release tension.

I absolutely love Sunlight Yoga + Apothecary❤️ I discovered it on Facebook and signed up for a free week of yoga over spring break. It was a week filled with a variety of wonderful classes, delicious teas, the opportunity to meet some incredible people, and a sense of peace in my mind and body. Yoga has truly helped me-mentally and physically. If you are at all interested, please check it out- as you will not be disappointed. Self care is so important and worth the investment ❤️

This beautiful yoga space is a wonderful place to practice yoga and have some delicious tea! The instructors are so kind and create a space to practice without judgement. There’s a real sense of community and connection!
