We’ve been members of Sunlight Yoga now for about 6 mths. We have totally enjoyed our time here. No matter which instructor teaches the class they all bring a unique very enjoyable experience. My wife is a big tea lover and she really enjoys all the unique blends Jack creates.

Jack is a wonderful instructor. She gives lots of positive reinforcement and makes the class adaptable for each person. She is knowledgeable about yoga and also tea! The apothecary section is just wonderful, I’m so excited to try my new tea. Impulse bought a pass because I can’t wait to come back!

I’m new to yoga, today was my fourth session. It’s relaxing and peaceful but challenging. I’ve been in a slow flow with Alexander and vinyasa with Jack. Both classes are excellent but different in their approach. Jack brews a mean tea. She makes the blends herself. You’ll love it!I bend like a 2 x 4 piece of lumber. If I can do it, you can too. It’s been helpful for my lower back and My wife and I look forward to class on Saturday morning. Give it a shot. They’re very friendly and welcoming.

What a lovely studio! It has a very welcoming atmosphere. Sunlight has brightened up the East Village. Great instructors and a nice range of classes from beginner to advanced and even yoga therapy. I encourage you to try them out.

Welcoming environment. Excellent classes. My daughter saw Rebecca for yoga therapy, as well, and it was very helpful.
