Bad customer service, badge stopped working and their system stopped charging my card although it worked when I came in to ask that they try the card on account again.I was still expected to pay for the time at the gym I couldn't use due to their system. Customer service is a bad joke.

The gym has been closed due to covid 19, but they are still taking money from my account. I called last month about it, no one returned my call, and now their answering machine is full. Why am I being forced to pay for a membership that I can't use?

Good equipment. Kind staff. Bought a membership right before covid went down and took care of me and gave more months when everything opened

We informed them that our membership be cancelled right before COVID started (since we weren't using the gym enough), and left them voicemails and e-mails. Never heard back, and FINALLY received an email recently (about 3 months after my cancellation request), and they stated a form was needed to be filled out to terminate our membership and that they have to charge me the few months they weren't even opened. Never even used the gym at all after my cancellation request was sent in. POOR SERVICE.

This place use to be a great establishment, but now it is a joke. I recently went in to cancel my membership (effective the 1st of the next month) because I’m moving. They said if you cancel today, your membership ends today — even though I paid for the entire month. And although their policy cancels your membership effective immediately they refuse to issue a refund for the unused days.(SIDE NOTE: I said “okay, I’ll cancel on the the 30th of the month, the employee said their policy is you have to cancel at least 11 days before the beginning of the next month or they will still charge you for the next month. It’s a lose-lose situation for the member. DISGRACEFUL!!!)
