This is a great gym. I started going because I lived nearby. I just made the assumption that all CF gyms were this good. A move took me to another state and I have been part of 2 other CF gyms, none has been as good as conquest. Great value for the money, great community, and really fun workouts. Highly recommend.

This place has an amazing environment, great coaches, and a super supportive community! My personal favorite was seeing all the amazing moms & preggo moms bringing in their kiddos while they worked out and seeing how supportive the coaches were in that process. It was super inspiring and a breath of fresh air to see there are no excuses with CrossFit Conquest. They make it happen for you no matter what as long as you place your feet through those doors. The results you get are what you put in as long as you leave your excuses at the door! Try a free class and feel it out for yourself. I promise, you won't be disappointed! Super grateful for these people!!! Thank you Conquest for making us feel right at home!!!

I wasn't too sure about getting into CrossFit until my boss pleaded with me to try it out. I have to admit that being able to compete in a gym, not just lift to stay in shape, has been a true blessing. Working out in this environment, along with the great coaches and members, has been unbelievable. I believe there is a spot for all talent levels and experience at Conquest and I highly recommend stopping in. It could change your mind like it did mine.

Conquest changed my life for the better. I recently moved to south Florida for work from Richmond, VA. I didn't have a single friend in the area and was in the worst shape of my life. Conquest introduced me to an incredible group of driven young professionals that have truly become my best friends here. The coaches and my peers push me to get stronger, faster, & meet my personal goals every time I step foot in the gym. Plus, with the addition of the Sunday class you have the opportunity to work out 7 days a week! The community is second to none and I truly don't know where I would be if it weren't for Conquest. 10/10 would recommend!

Taking a leap of faith and visiting this gym was the best decision I made in years. Every workout is fun, challenging but doable and social. I'm so happy I never again have to roam aimlessly in a gym wondering what machine to work on next or use a workout video because I'm simply having way too much fun to go back.The place runs like a Swiss watch and every workout is exactly an hour, not one minute more. You'll know exactly how to fit that into your schedule and can rely on it.Every coach is amazing, and you'll likely meet and work with them all. But more importantly, there's a coach for everyone. If you're focused on weight loss, strength and gaining muscle, getting over an injury or just feeling young again, there's a staff member that's trained to tailor your experience to your specific goals.For example, I had an accident in college and I thought my right shoulder would never be fully healed ever again. I got some help from a coach and after working on it over time it now feels better than it has in a decade.Fitness was never meant to be a lone wolf activity, it's a team sport. I never imagined a year ago that making the decision each day to workout could be this simple but it is. It's because going to the gym isn't a chore anymore, it's a chance to see friends, be social, have fun, work hard and see honest to god results. To me, that's a no brainer.

Going to the gym for the past 10 years had grown stale, and I found myself dreading going to the point that working out felt like a burden. I had been looking for something new to shake up my routine and for a new challenge to motivate me, and becoming a member at Conquest has done exactly that. I thought because I "looked" like I was in shape, that I was in shape, and my first WOD gave me the humbling reality check I needed (and wanted). I learn something new about fitness and my body every time I go, and the knowledge I’ve gained from the coaches has been invaluable. My biggest reservations about crossfit were concerns about my lower back. I herniated a disc a few years ago and wasn’t sure if this was for me. I’ve been extremely grateful for the focus the coaches place on safety every single workout. The coaches are very consciences when recommending scaling weights during strength training to match your abilities while still providing a challenge and opportunity to improve. I would avoid deadlifts, squats and other lower body work at the gym because of my lower back pain, and have seen these lifts skyrocket during my first 4 months because of the emphasis the strength workouts place on building core strength and the emphasis the coaches place on proper technique and form. Outside of the actual workouts, they really do have a great group of people at Conquest. Everyone I’ve met has been extremely friendly and engaging, and it’s just a great environment to be in.

I was in search of something new. Tired of the same old gym routine I thought, let's explore crossfit. I tried 3 other crossfit gyms before walking into Conquest. Immediately I can see there was a huge sense of community. In class people would introduce themselves and naturally I thought they were coaches. Nope just awesome crossfitters!I've been coming to this Gym since October 2016. And it's the best decision I've made. Coaches are knowledgeable, patient and encouraging; Coach Leslie, Jen, Donavon, John, Mark, Paul and Rebecca to name a few! I had not done Crossfit in over 2 years as I started PT school. Crossfit sometimes gets a bad rep for not caring about form. But the coaches at Conquest always would work with me whenever I asked for help and would give me pointers throughout the workout. I never avoided going to a class time because of a certain coach. All of them are very helpful and will work with you. They are all great!
