My first crossfit experience has been phenomenal with the help of some awesome and supportive coaches like Joey and Courtney! They have been a great help in understanding and getting the correct form and modified movements down. Plus, there's dogs. Shout out to Busta and Arya!

Great Crossfit box. The owner, Joey, is definitely a people person and genuinely cares about people's goals & progress. The overall gym staff & members are a big family. Lots of events to keep you engaged, both fitness related & social. I've visited and coached at different boxes. Not all Crossfit boxes are created equal. Showdown definitely stands out.

The best gym around! A large gym might seem intimidating but once you are here you are family. Everyone is welcoming and helpful. Coaches are very helpful. The owner is always looking for ways to improve either by adding new equipment or new programming! Simply the BEST!!

Best box in Town! Love the members and the community vibe! Meet so many great people. Oh and the best part since I started 7 months ago I've lost 51 lbs. The coaches are different in their own ways but they all have one goal in mind and that's to motivate, teach and push you to your next level. The box is always open when it's suppose to be and as well clean and organized too. Enjoy!

If you're hardcore Crossfit or like me just a guy sporting the dad bod this is the place for you. No egos, awesome coaches, clean equipment this place even has Astro turf for outdoor fun and games If you're looking to start Crossfit for the first time or just need a new home this is the place to be so come on let's do this you can stand next to me I don't lift much!!!!!

By far the best experience I have ever had at a gym. I absolutely love this place. The people here are truly amazing. I have gotten stronger and slimmer since I started. I like the way the trainers take their time to show you the prproper movemnts of the workouts before getting started. Overall 6 stars but google only allows me to give 5.

I live out in TX and was looking for a crossfit to go to while visiting home, one of my friends referred me to crossfit showdown and seriously loved it! I planned on going the entire time I was home but didn't get to bc I was so busy with family but the day I did go was great! I'm glad I was able to FINALLY find a place to go when I'm in town and I will for sure be there the next time I'm home! Joey, the coach/owner was super awesome and very welcoming! Thank you guys for letting me join in and I'll see ya'll the next time I'm visiting!

Showdown strong ! 100%The is so much room for fun activities in the new place . Joey the owner/ great coach is very welcoming and always has ideas for what he can bring into the gym to make it more fun ! Malik and Kat are great coaches for afternoon which is the time I go . There is nothing I would change about the gym. Everyone is friendly and we push eachother to be better everyday, we're family :)))

Love going to train every day at Showdown. The workouts are great, the community is amazing and I always leave feeling accomplished. I definitely recommend this place to anyone, it's best gym I've been a part of.

Crossfit Showdown is the first gym I ever really went to and it completely changed my life for the better.Showdown has become a second home to me and that's all because of all the great people that have come together with the goal of bettering themselves. The energy and attitude of every class makes it easy to want to get in there and workout, too. The energy level of the 5:30am class easily rivals that of any other gym's afternoon classes without a doubt.I always leave knowing I'm one step closer toward achieving my fitness goals because while the daily workouts are challenging, they are aimed at improving on your overall fitness rather than just working on those certain muscles that will make you look good in a bathing suit.Most importantly, the owner, Joey, is always looking out for what's best for his members. From moving to a bigger space, to investing in more equipment like a barbell or rower, Joey makes sure there's no excuse as to why we can't meet any workout's demands
