Awesome gym and great experience.I have a few friends that go here and finally got a chance to check it out. Thought I'd never done Crossfit before the trainer helped me learn the moves. I had a great workout and hung around afterwards and chatted a bit.Overall love the gym and will be back again.

I have been a member at a few CrossFit Gym's in S. Florida and this is by far the best training experience I have had. The coaches are very knowledgeable and the workouts are planned appropriately. They take training very seriously and the coaches are always there to support you as well as make sure you are using the proper form. This is a great environment for everyone - from beginners to people that want to compete!
