I like to workout in this planet fitness there is couple reasons, the place is nice and clean, the staff is friendly with good customer service skills.the most important reason is my favorite trainer Courtney, she is very professional and kind. she did a great job training me, Thank you for being a good trainer, with a lot of encouragement. This location is great it stands out from a lot of other planet fitness because of the staff hospitality and ambition, one of the staff members Allie really makes me always want to stay at this location forever because theirs always a smile on her face and she helps with any questions you have regarding the gym ! She's always helping people when i look and never has an excuse when a gym member needs something done for their account or any issues she always takes care of it , even my 3 friends I told Join the gym also told me she's a great Staff member!

This location is different from others due to the welcoming and comfort you feel your first day signing up for the membership.And it’s everyday as well not just a 1 time thing .Alexandria really made me like planet fitness and know it’s amenities I can use.Thanks PF Davie (: you guys rock

The staff is friendly and attentive. The facilities are clean and modern. I definitely enjoy working out here. The Black Card Spa amenities are worth the price. One note - not everyone wipes down there machine afterwards so you may want to do so before hand.

Staff are rude first they harassed me on my jeans saying I can’t train with that so I showed them it’s flexible jeans and then they kicked me out of the gym for claiming my subscription is not valid in Florida I’m pretty sure they made that up out of spite. A gym should hire respectable workers that work out instead of harassing customers

If I could give 0 stars I would...it WAS a great gym...now new mgr who was brought in to bring up numbers yet he's the reason I just canceled my membership...arrogant & has been overheard saying he doesn't want the "older crowd" here..im 55 I'm part of the "older" population...yet he doesn't realize we are the ones that are loyal...additionally the free summer for teens is a nightmare...they'll never actually pay after summer over but yet hog all equipment etc...marketing attempt gone wrong...done here...

Love this gym! Always empty when I come and even if it fills up I still find all the machines and weights I need to finish my workouts. Maya and mari are great and always greet me with a smile. Appreciate this place a lot
