I wanted to get into better shape then what I was (I was round). This is super convenient to my home, always clean and I'm not intimidated by other members. Most time there is less than 3 others in while I'm there so no waiting for free weights or machines. I hired trainer John Hardin to keep me accountable and make sure I do things right. Definitely the right choice.

Responding with "Thank you for the review and your valuable feedback Christopher! -Jason Lambert, Owner" Do I need to put a stop payment through my bank to cancel?? I don't even want to right now, But I need to know how to when the time come one day. If you cant provide me with that basic information I will find a new gym when everything opens back up..... As a professional in the field of sports science and a former champion, I find 24-7 Gym and fitness to be one of the best fitness venues that I’ve been to and I’m talking many of them throughout my professional and athletic career. The facility is quite adequate to provide the clients with variety of equipment to get a thorough workout, both aerobics and strength training in a clean and pleasant atmosphere and location for a very reasonable price. Great place to workout! Convenient location and hours (24/7) . Very clean and the equipment is very nice. You can also bring your own fitness coach free of charge. As a personal trainer, I would highly recommend this facility to put your workout regimen into action.

Nicely located gym that is VERY clean and well kept. Open 24/7, unstaffed, but with ample security. Great mix of cardio, machines, and free weights. On the small side as far as gyms go, but this was never any problem for me. Great gym to choose if you work odd hours, are daunted by the size and patronage of larger national/regional gyms (like planet fitness), or you just like a more casual gym experience. Personal trainers are available here as well. 10/10 would recommend! Powerlifter friendly
