love it , work out any time and its clean clean clean ,, not a foo foo gym by no means but its a place to get what you want out of a gym , in shape and look and feel good with equipment for every body part , glad its open and easy on the pocket book ,

Fantastic gym and customer service! I was in town for the holidays and needed access to a gym. The owner Jason set me up with a 2 day pass on short notice. I wish I lived locally to make this my full time gym!!!

Finally, an actual gym without blaring TVs and frills that distract one from focusing on the workout. Great equipment for all levels of fitness and experience, efficient placement, clean, a welcoming atmosphere for all. I love it. Truly a rare find these days. Thank you!

Pros --Though older, the equipment is clean and well maintained-Good amenities with bathrooms, lockers, vending machines, wifi, etc-Not crowded. Been there a couple times and its never congested-Nice bars & dumbbells with none bent or broken.-Open 24/7Cons --No dumbbells above 75lbs-Shortage of plates. If two people are there lifting reasonable weight, you wont have enough to go around. Theres only 6 45lb plates.-Theres room for a real cable setup, but they only have a small one not really suitable for many cable exercises and very limited grips available-The equipment isnt bolted down, so many of the machines move on the slick floor even if youre using good form with heavy weight-The mats arent really padded. They are basically just a barrier between you and the floor.-No curl bench.-No mirror in front of squat rack.Bottom line is that this gym is probably a good option for most people. It has all the basic stuff for someone to stay fit. That said, more serious lifters would find this facility lacking. When they are running a sale, its a pretty fair deal, but with a couple hundred dollar signup, you may be better suited to go with LA or a larger gym with more equipment.

Anything less than 5 starts wouldn't be fair due to how well this gym suits mePros: - Rarely have to wait on machines/equipment- They are typically not busy at all, on average one other person at the gym with me on any given occasion- Always clean- Open 24/7- No staffing and such little current members really makes it feel like your own gym sometimes- Have workout machines/equipment to workout every muscle and typically there is some way you can change your grip/variation.- Owner is very responsive and helpfulCons: - Not enough weight plates if a few people are using them at a given time.- Dumbells only go up to 75 lbs I believe and kettlebells to 40 lbs- No longer has the drink vending machineOverall a very nice gym and they have rewards you can earn by using points you earn from referring friends to the gym or simply going to the gym you get points as well. It's unique and I think has a good future ahead of it, hopefully one day they can expand and buy the property next door possibly. But for now it's great how it is.

I have been a member of 24-7 Gym and Fitness for several months now.The gym is clean and well organized with excellent practical equipment for individuals of all levels of physical fitness. It's location just off of US-35 makes it very convenient to reach for me and practically anyone in the Beavercreek area.

This gym has everything you need at a great price. The equipment is well-kept and always clean, it's never too crowded, and the fact that it's always open is very convenient. I highly recommend this gym!

I would recommend 24-7 Gym and Fitness to anyone looking to join a new gym. They have all the equipment you would find at any other gym, but for a fraction of the cost per month. In addition, the equipment is clean and well maintained. The owner is very professional yet personable, creating a friendly and productive environment. Also, the 24/7 access has proved very convient with my work schedule.

I was in Dayton visiting my son and up for the 7 day free-trial at this gym....the same one my son works out in. It a gym for the committed and serious person. Everything one could need for just about anything you want to work on. No fuss, no frills. Very clean and well appointed. Perfect gym for a personal trainer to bring clients to. And the price cannot be beat! Good work Jason Lambert! I think you came up with a great formula here!

I could not be more pleased with 24-7 Gym. It has a great variety of equipment in a pleasant atmosphere. I can go anytime I want and do not have to fight a crowd. The price is really attractive as well. If you are looking for a good place to keep your fitness goals on track you have to check this gym out.
