Treadmill sped up on first visit and I fell flat and was injured. Workers immediately blamed me. Won't return.

Planet Fitness is a great organization and business. They support the community by collecting school supplies for disadvantaged children. Planet Fitness also includes a DYOP (Design Your Own Plan) in the membership with a fitness trainer to help establish a fitness routine, new and well maintained equipment with scan bars to access YouTube Videos for equipment use, and hydro lounges/massage chairs. I'm giving it a 5 Star hands down!!!!

This was my favorite PF. I drive 20 miles just to go to this one because of the nicer tanning beds and the gym is more quiet. The problem I have is the staff is unfriendly and I have let it go a few other times but I will not this time.

Not only is the manager here super inappropriate and creepy. When I have brought this up to other workers, including at other locations they guess who I was talking about by name and acknowledged that he had already been moved from a different location due to being inappropriate, touching me while speaking to me, messing with the machine that I’m on while I’m on it, always cleaning under the treadmill as while Girls are running on them. He’s just creepy and add insult to injury yesterday they double charged me for a water and when I tried to say that they did they denied it and today when I checked my transaction history, they certainly did and when I tried to call them their number is disconnected. The physical location is nice but the actual experience leaves much to be desired

This is a great place to work out. The environment and the staff are very welcoming. Everything is new and they keep it very clean as well. Love coming here, 10/10 recommend!
