UPDATEI enrolled my daughter a year ago and I can say that I saw results at the 1st month. She feels more confident on herself, has improved her discipline and the best thing is that she stays away from electronic devices. I do not regret of the investment I did, which is worth it for everything that she will learn in classes. Discipline, security, confidence, and personal defense.

My 13 year son has trained here for a couple years now. Tenbears has been such a great place for my son to learn martial arts and gain confidence. He is always the youngest one in the adult class, but the atmosphere is so welcoming. No matter the skill level, ability or strength, Oscar finds a way to make everyone feel a part of and learn something. Jim, Oscar, Carson and all of the classmates treat him like a grown up. He just loves it.I highly recommend Tenbears as a place for anyone to learn mixed martial arts, get stronger and become healthier mentally and physically. I appreciate all the time and attention they have given to not only developing his skill, but teaching him how to be a good man.

Enjoying training at TenBears so far! Very knowledgeable coaches and friendly classmates. Price is also fair and very competitive with the area and martial arts in general. I really appreciate how the coaches adjust for all skill levels from beginner to advanced.
