I’ve been attending for two weeks and it’s more than I could of imagined. The team is no joke, and super friendly at the same time. I highly recommend if you want to get a grasp on martial arts.

Tenbears has been a great experience since Day 1. If you are wondering whether this is something you want to try, just jump in. I'm 6' 3" and 430lbs, I know what it's like to be nervous. If anything, you'll regret not starting earlier! The confidence and community are top notch, just what a local hometown gym should be. Courtney and Joel have been fantastic coaches and I can't wait to see where this year takes me.

Great mma gym for all ages. Well respected coaching staff and students. Jim does well at making you feel welcome. Oscar is a real life figure who doesn’t Bs.

Our family has been attending Ten Bears for several months now since moving to the Dayton area. It was easy for our daughter to pick up in BJJ where she left off. Ten Bears's belief in character on and off the mat has been indispensable for our adopted son's needs. Ten Bears is part of my family's team to raise our kids!

Just got my year membership after going a few times on their $19.99 test trial. I have NOT explored other options as I’m going here on a good friend’s referral.Pros:-Good community-Fosters discipline and lifestyle change through constrained membership options-Small classes-Good instructors & class structure-Occasional pro cameos-Business feels mature & organized-Diverse martial arts options (BJJ,MMA,Self-defense, etc.)Cons:-Sticker-shock expensive-Lacks flexibility in cost and lifestyle through constrained membership options-Small facility in someone’s backyard (functional so far)-Far drive for me so that’s a personal conGave it a 5 for now and may update later. I don’t like the cost or the drive but what they offer was worth it to me.

Only recently started training here but it is a very supportive environment where everyone is trying to get better and learn. Welcoming to beginners regardless of your age, definitely would recommend to anyone in the area interested in martial arts whether it’s your first time or you’re looking to train for competitions.
