The best hardcore gym in the area, The weights feel true and not like other gyms where a 45lb plate weighs less then 45 lol. The vibe from the people are amazing, everyone is so friendly to each other, different from the commercial gyms ive been going to. They recently added a sauna and bro its so nice.
