HEW Fitness

HEW is by far the best place I have ever worked out at. I have never been consistent at a gym and the coaches and atmosphere has made me want to come and not miss a day. It’s enjoyable and a great workout , especially when Haleigh is coaching.

Hew Fitness is the best place to workout at. One day I saw these crazy people running on the sidewalk and I decided to follow them to find out where they came from. At that time I just had found the motivation that I need to start workout. Thanks to all the coaches that works hard to help us achieve a better health and body. You guys are the best!

I have been coming to HEW DFB for a little over a year and I am couldn’t be happier. All of the staff and coaches are so helpful and welcoming, and are always there to help with any questions I have. The gym is super clean and spacious and all of the other members are super nice as well. They are constantly pushing me to work hard, they make working out fun and something t I look forward to. I highly recommend!!!

I love this place!! Bryan & Haleigh along with the other coaches are always encouraging with positive comments that “you got this” or “you are almost there”. It more like a great big family!!! Everyone helps each other and we are friends. I don’t know of another Workout Gym that you can find the comraderie that HEW Deerfield has for it’s clients. I’ve been coming here since 2016 and even when I don’t want to come something in my brain says “ you got to get up and go and I do”!!! If you haven’t been or are looking for a Gym to join please come and try HEW - you only get better!!!

Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I've made since moving to the neighborhood three years ago. Having been a member for 2 1/2 years now, I can confidently say that it's not just a gym; it's a thriving community that has become my forever family.They have not only helped me stay active and healthy, but it's also become a hub for making memories and building connections. The way it brings people together is something truly special. If you're not just looking for a place to exercise but a place to belong, I wholeheartedly recommend joining this gym. It's more than a gym – it's a haven of support, encouragement, and friendship that I'm grateful to be a part of.

Hi guys, long time member, first time reviewer! I’ve loved HEW since 2018, celebrated a lot of birthdays here. The absolute best gym in the world! The coaches really watch your movements and make sure you're doing it the right way. Classes are always filled with high energy and nothing but fun and sweat!10/10 would recommend

I❤️HEW!!! Where do I begin… I have been a member for 5 years and plan on being a member for life. HEW is not a gym, it’s a community. Since joining, I have lost almost 30 pounds and gained muscle. At 55 years old, it’s so important to maintain a healthy lifestyle. HEW gives you all the tools you need to get in the best shape and be healthy. The coaches are amazing and work with you based on your own personal goals and level. The people there are not just gym members but family and friends. Everyone is friendly and helps you. No matter your age or condition, HEW has something for you. Run, don’t walk, to try a class. Once you’re there you’ll be hooked.

I love this gym!! The staff are friendly, supportive, and motivating. It’s a great community plus the workouts here are on point. Great workouts and fitness training. If you are looking for a gym that would help you achieve your fitness goals then this is your gym!! I highly recommended. I love it been going there for 3 years and 1/2. Come check them out 👍

I love this place and everyone that belongs here! I started HEW a little over a year ago and was looking for a place that I could be part of a community while also learning about fitness and a healthy lifestyle and I am thankful to have been introduced to HEW. The coaches are amazing and so knowledgeable and truly push you to your fullest potential. They challenge you and make you stronger and 1% better every day. It is such a positive environment with a strong community presence that truly impacts everyone who is a member. They treat everyone like family and it was one of the best decisions that I made. I highly recommend for anyone no matter what part of the journey you are on! You will feel empowered and right at home :)
