Great people, great workouts. From never really having any experience with CrossFit, I’m one month in and I’m loving it!! Only you can change yourself but this is the most motivated and confident I’ve ever been that I will reach my goals because of the HEW Family. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Love this place! Started because I had health issues, stayed because I found amazing friends and coaches. Every day a new challenge and even more fun and comradeship. We celebrate each other's accomplishments and push each other to be our best. Love the 5:30 am crazy crew!

I love coming to HEW every morning before the sunrises. I enjoy working out with the enthusiastic and energetic instructors that get my blood pumping.Today for the special Disney Character class I chose Stich whose mantra is "OHANA means family. And family means nobody gets left behind". That is what HEW means to me! Love it! Daniela

HEW is for YOU! Whether you are 18 or 80, in shape or never set foot in a gym before, HEW will change you. The daily workouts are modifiable to accomodate individual goals. I was turning 50, at my heaviest weight and on blood pressure meds. After only 18 months, I am down 25 lbs., the fittest I have ever been and off my blood pressure meds. I have met fabulous new HEWman friends! The owners/coaches are knowledgeable, motivational and simply the best around. It's time for you to do HEW!

HEW is more than a gym. The coaches, the atmosphere, the people and workouts make HEW Deerfield Beach my happy place. The workout are very challenging but you gonna love it; it’s something that you can stop doing it.I highly recommend Hew Deerfield Beach, you not gonna be disappointed.

HEW Deerfield is pretty much home for me. You will find support fromthe coaches and the classmates. It’s not your ordinary gym, here you have goals, you have friends and you have a big family. Even when the movements look hard to execute, there is always a way to accomplish them. When you finally are able to do them, the happiness is shared with everyone!

Hard exercise works is a wonderful place to get a great workout with excellent coaches that wants you to do your very best. The environment is positive and fun. You get to do rope climbing, handstand push ups, pull-ups, running and some times you dance with the awesome music. You meet beautiful people inside and out that becomes your friends and you get to see them and have fun with them everyday. First class is free 🤗

I have been a member for a month. Great atmosphere in the gym the coaches are super friendly. If you want to go to the gym but don't know what to do this is the gym for. The workouts are challenging but they will pay off and you will start seeing results quick. Love this gym love the atmosphere in this gym dont hesitate sign up ASAP.
