This place has been a blessing ... I have found a second family. I love going to the gym, I look forward to each class. I love bringing my son with me and he watches me while I work out. The coaches are awesome, they show you that they care about you and your progress and they are always there to help you. Best place to workout!

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! I’ve never joined and committed to a workout regimen before joining hew Deerfield and now it’s one of the top priorities in my day. The coaches are super encouraging, supportive and really modify workouts to suit all abilities! The workouts are always different so you never get bored!! It’s a really supportive , encouraging space - there is no competition and intimidation! This is more than a gym - it’s a family !

I walked into HEWFit not knowing what to expect or if it was something that was actually going to work for me and I'm so happy that I took on the challenge. I want to start off by saying that all the coaches I worked with were encouraging every step of the way, the workouts were challenging yet it pushed me to learn new strengths, and the meal plan was fairly easy to stick with. I'm beyond proud of myself for trying something new and I have HEWFit to thanks for that. HEWFit has helped me change my lifestyle and that's something not many people can say:)

YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK! HEW Deerfield proved that to me in such a short time. Just completed the 6 weeks challenge with HEW Deerfield, I'm glad I gave them, and more importantly myself a chance. The environment is great, so positive and motivational. The coaches are always on top of you, making sure to achieve your goals and push you to your best.

For the last 8 weeks I had an awesome experience. They have the best coaches at HEW Deerfield Beach. I do recommend the programs they have! They want you to be successful no matter what and push you to your limits that you might not have done otherwise.

For the last 6 weeks I have had a wonderful experience. Be trained by all the amazing couches from HEW Deerfield Beach. I do recommend the plans and memberships to everyone! I lost over 4 pounds and 5% of my body fat. They are always there for you....

I love this gym! They have helped me get back on track after having my baby. Everyone is friendly, a very good atmosphere. They don’t make it intimidating for someone new to weights. Definitely recommend.

Great gym, great coaches, great workout! Very hard but very rewarding, the coaches are very pristine and always helps with any gym matter, always very supportive! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to raise my self confidence!
