Poor customer service. The general manager refused to help/resolve a billing issue that was the result of some kind of internal error. I will no longer be using Planet fitness. Incredibly disappointed.

Staff its ok. However, some of the equipment have been rusting , and deteriorating for the past 1 year and nobody cares . The facility it's just worrying about keeping their money but do not care about the machines maintenance ect.🤔😒. Check the abs machine by the mirror and Tae back machine by the Smith machines . …

Summer pass ? Who was the genius who came up with this brilliant idea ? Been a member at this gym for 6 years now and can’t really complain about anything besides a few creepies but having the gym filled with 15 year old kids using the gym as playground and have fun in groups of 2,3 or more in front of the mirrors, taking selfies, making tik tok videos and jamming the work out space is just ridiculous. This gym became a circus with no consideration whatsoever for the current members who actually PAY to WORK OUT. Everyone is complaining about this situation especially at peak time between 5:30pm and 9pm. I know this review won’t change anything but it should stay registered here for future references and the person who is responsible for this plan could come up with a better one when trying to help the parents to get the kids out of the house during summer.

yeah, you can get on a machine bc no one works out here. they keep it incredibly hot inside. If I wanted to work out in 76° I would just stay outside. LOL. the staff keeps the gym warm purposely…no other location is this hot at 5:30 AM.*EDIT 05/28/2022* after a month of working out here this seems to be the standard. this gym is especially hot on the weekend mornings.this gym is also no longer going to be 24 hours starting in june, either. oof.

The customer service is top notch. They treat you very nicely with a smile and with a genuine good attitude... The manager is super friendly, and gives an outstanding example to his team on how to make people feel special at his installations. Examples of that is his interaction with customers and doing exactly what his team usually do like checking the equipment, cleaning and stepping up when somebody get out of line with others at the gym. Lastly the gym is always in excellent conditions!A 10 out of 10 for the Planet Fitness team of Coconut Creek!Best regards.Jonathan Fernandez

I came in here wanting to take a tour and possibly sign up for a membership. The person at the desk looked confused and said “well all the memberships are done online…there’s no paperwork”, almost like I was a bother to him. I gave him a blank stare, to which he responded- “you can look around the gym if you want”. Uh, how about no?? Any other time I have gone to a gym to sign up, they always offer a tour! This was my first time trying planet fitness. The way I was treated I will never come back.

I have been coming here for about a month now and threwout my time here Juliana and Alina have always been welcoming and helpful with a smile. Both are extremely attentive to the facility and during my workouts I see them running around making sure everything is clean and working. I look forward to seeing them and they honestly make my day every time.

The staff was cleaning and smiling the whole time I was here. They always say hi when you walk in. Perfect for someone who is seeking a positive and encouraging environment. ✨️ Great gym!

You used to be able to go here and work out during your lunch hour. I wanna wait for a week and I come back and the place is like a high school cafeteria. Planet fitness really give a class while these kids. There is so much texting going on why people are waiting for machines. It is really outrageous.This place used to be great for working professional is going to the one shower but now I’ve had to stop my workout twice in one week. The front desk could have cared less when I brought this to their attention.I would like someone in the management team to reach out to me. I don’t know if I need to pause my membership until August 31 and this crazy stuff is over. I understand from the marketing point that it’s good but paying customers are going to squeezed out.

It's April 10th the men's locker room floor has not been cleaned in weeks. The urinal has been shut down and not fixed and what looks like months. And while I was on a toilet a cockroach decided to run past me. The floor is literally crawling in the men's locker room. If you're a man avoid this location if you like a clean locker room. You can tell it never gets cleaned after telling the front desk they say the night crew should clean it daily it never gets cleaned you can tell by the dust bunnies that are size of ping pong balls. Conveniently the utility closet was open so I could see what they work with almost no cleaning supplies trash everywhere despicable conditions. Avoid this place at all costs as you might catch something. Staff doesn't care obviously. Literally had to leave and go to another location to finish my routine as I was afraid I would catch something gross don't sit on the toilet the seat will fall off if you can find a toilet that's not broken
