Jack and Lisa are wonderful people. Always willing to help with advice and recommendations. If you’re looking for a no nonsense type of approach to reaching your overall fitness goals, Rockstar is the gym for you.Not your cookie cutter fitness center where glamour is more important than focusing on your training. Jack provides excellent training techniques to maximize your training regimen.Highly recommend. You’ll be very happy with the results.

I haven’t been to the gym much yet, talked with Jack (the owner) and he is a very nice person! I was able to see that this gym is very neat, it’s 24/7 365 days a year, and it’s privately owned with straightforward fees! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a local gym.

Anyone looking for the right gym with the right mindset head over to Rockstar Fitness. Excellent equipment. Outstanding clients who are like family. Clean environment. Acess 24 hours a day. Great class with awesome trainers and chiropractor on staff. The best part about the gym are the owners. Jack and Lisa are never too busy to stop and talk about technic and results. The experience is about the clients needs and expectations. I can truly say Rockstar Fitness is missing the name family. Jack is never too busy to reach out to a client to see how they are doing and if they need anything. I am so glad the gym is so close to my house. However for this gym and concepts I would make the drive. Thanks to the Bruno's Sanford has a real gym with real results.

Always looking forward to working out here 10/10 best gym I’ve ever been to! Makes you feel at home with the amazing atmosphere and the great people who work there and workout there! There is equipment and options for everything and everyone, pretty much anything you need they have, especially the great trainers who can answer absolutely any question you have about anything workout related! i love rockstar!! 😁❤️🤘🏼

Barbara is AMAZING. I actually enjoy working out now, and that's never happened before. I feel more progress with her in two months than I did in four months with a different trainer from few years ago. She is a personable trainer who isn't afraid to step in and correct your form, and make you do it RIGHT. I don't want to waste my time working out wrong so that's perfect. She knows a great deal about bodies, anatomy, and posture. She is a very kind-hearted person who treats others well and I would recommend her to anyone.
