This gym rocks!!! Great staff and they’re very encouraging. 24/7 work for people like me with an forever changing schedule. very clean and they have a huge variety of equipment. Simply love it here

Joining this gym basically has changed my life. I've struggled many years with weight loss, training, and mostly consistency. I've been here now over a month and I am finally turning that corner. Of course it always starts with YOU, but the trainers, staff, and owners have encouraged me to keep pushing! Even the other clients like myself talk, help, encourage, laugh, sweat with you. I feel apart of the gym Everytime I open the door. I recommend 1000%! My brother and I are there every morning working out. Oh btw it's 24 hours. Hope to encourage some new members soon, you know pay it forward. Salute to RockStar and thank you.

This gym is always extremely clean. The general vibe and environment is great and always welcoming - Giddy always does his best to make sure of it. Most importantly, they have all the weights and machines I need to keep myself constantly challenged in ways to increase my strength and meet my goals. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely love being a member! Jack and Giddy are two of the nicest owners I've ever met. They genuinely care about your workout and always have great advice to make the most out of your time there. Definitely enjoy the 24/7 access and the variety of equipment available. The gym is always clean with a great atmosphere. If you're in the Sanford area, definitely worth coming by. If not, make the drive!
