Walked in: Poison was playing.Walked out: Twisted sister was playing.What more could you possibly want?Jokes aside... this place has everything you need to get strong and they keep it clean. Staff is extremely friendly. This will be my go-to spot for strength work when I visit Sanford.

I’ve been enjoying my time here at Rockstar fitness. It is my second home. I feel comfortable here and that’s extremely important to me as I’m working each day to reach my goals of bettering myself. The trainers here are awesome and can definitely help with reaching body/fitness goals. I come here 5 days a week and the staff feels like family. The staff, they do all they can for everyone to have a great experience. They have what you need here! If you are reading this and are considering becoming a member it would be a great decision to!

This place rocks! Literally. Non-corporate gym run by Jack and Lisa. Always willing to answer questions and help out. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Clean and well lit with great music to help get you through your workout. Trainers available to help you with your personal goals here. I'll never go back to the "big gyms". The price is right too. 24/7 gym that fits your schedule. Highly recommend.

Every time I go to this gym their is a great vibe. Has a good variety of equipment as well. The owners Jacks and Giddy are always there pushing to make the gym even better. I highly recommend this place.

A great small gym that has everything need.There a few things that really separate this gym from others in the area:1) 24 hour access2) they have a chiropractor that often comes in to do adjustments in a office that is set aside.3) a owner who genuinely cares about your workout experienceI have yet to have a bad workout here.Much better than the huge corporate globogyms
