It is small and the dressing room and shower are in separate rooms with good doors that lock on the inside. Plenty of room in the shower room to take valuables where they will be locked in with you and not get wet. Open 24 hours and trainers are available as well as classes.

This place is very small....about the size of a shoe store. The walls are painted red to match the color of the equipment. This red tone gives the place a "sweltering" sensation which is not good on the eyes. We bought Groupon's to visit. Called several times, left multiple messages and no one ever answered. Went straight to the gym during prime time and it was closed...as in, no patrons, no staff, nothing...closed! The place looked abandoned. After attempting to call while outside, we got the same answering machine. Went back again later that day....Closed!We noticed a gym directly across the street, 'Anytime Fitness,' and decided to go check it out. We were warmly greeted, offered a 7 day pass and to our surprise the place had every machine we needed. The equipment is newer, the place is clean and it actually has 'people' working out! It was like comparing night to day! We cancelled our Groupon's and joined the other gym.

Buyers beware! This business attaches a yearly "maintenance fee" and squeezes every penny our of you when you cancel your membership. I notified 2 months ahead of time of my intent to cancel, owed absolutely no money, and followed the rules. The owner tagged on fees months AFTER the membership was cancelled. In one month alone it was almost $90.00. As for the gym itself, several machines have not been calibrated in years. Several of the cardio machines have broken ear phone plugs, one of the bikes (they only have 2) needs repair. When you go fast on the bike the chain has problems and can cause an accident. For people who do floor exercises, the carpet is disgusting. It gets vacuumed but not steam cleaned. Additionally, to avoid accidents, children are rarely allowed in gyms. This owner allowed her friend to bring his little boy who was pulling on the circuit machine belts and hanging off the machines. I got nervous when I saw him go towards the free weights. Either way, the owner said nothing to this man. Lots of favoritism. To top it off, one day when I went to the gym, there was an older gentleman sitting at the entrance chair. He expressed he disagreed with additional charges tagged on after he had canceled and had turned in his key. He had not raised his voice, did not curse, nor was physical. Instead he was outraged and sat. I was dismayed when I saw the owner call the police to get him out. Rather than explaining or negotiating with the man, the owner chose to create a scene. It was a clear warning that others were outraged and a sign of the owners true attitude. I don't understand these positive reviews but suspect the owner has friends write them. Run from this place!

Fantastic gym! I have never had a negative experience here. I love every minute of being at this gym. There is a great variety of equipment with enough space to use. Everyone is so friendly and the facilities always smells so clean. I recommend this small, quaint gym!

This is how all gyms should be. Independently owned, no contract and no enrollment fees. Just pay your $30 a month and quit whenever you like (but you're not a quitter or you wouldnt be joining a gym would you). Never crowded. No creepy members. Love this place and dont want to move cause I'll never find a gym this good in another neighborhood

Guest at the gym for a couple times. No one available on site to speak with about membership. Left a written note, request to contact me in regards to membership and $40 cash to apply towards a getting started with a membership. I received an email with a receipt for all my money being applied to day fees (I went 4 times). That's less than a week. Gym is tiny, free weights are basically home gym style, 4 treadmills with 2 of them not working, no staff on site, and customer service seems to not be a high concern. I'll spend my money somewhere else.
